From the perspective of student satisfaction,this paper examines the undergraduate teaching work of local normal university.Based on the research on the learning satisfaction of students at home and abroad,this paper analyzes two typical college student satisfaction scales,including the American College Student Satisfaction Scale(SSI)and the National University Student Learning Questionnaire System(NCSS),referring to the relevant indicators of "Evaluation program for undergraduate teaching work in higher normal colleges(implementation)" and "Evaluation index system for undergraduate teaching work in ordinary higher education institutions" and construct the indicator system of student satisfaction of undergraduate teaching work in local general normal colleges through SPSS exploratory factor analysis: the index system consists of five first-level indicators,campus culture,management services,teaching facilities,Teacher teaching and student learning growth,the secondary indicators include 40 specific issues.Through the reliability test,internal consistency test and structural factor model confirmatory factor analysis,the rationality and scientificity of the index system are verified for the analysis of the survey results,the study studies the relationship between the perceived quality of students and the growth of students' learning by constructing structural equation models,and analyzes the mean value of the index system at all levels,and analyzes the differential effects of demographic variables in undergraduate teaching work in ordinary normal university,the linear relationship between the primary indicators of the indicator system and student satisfaction.This study draws the following main conclusions:1.Constructed a student satisfaction index system for undergraduate teaching work in local normal university.2.The student satisfaction model of undergraduate teaching work in local normal university is constructed by using Amos.The research shows that undergraduate teaching work significantly positively affects student satisfaction;student satisfaction significantly positively affects student loyalty.3.The structural equation model of student perceived quality and student learning growth is constructed by using Amos.The research finds that the perceived quality of students significantly positively affects students' learning growth;the perceived quality of students significantly positively affects student satisfaction;the perceived quality of students significantly positively affects student loyalty.Student growth has a significant positive impact on student satisfaction;student learning growth significantly affects student loyalty.Campus culture,teacher teaching,teaching facilities,and management services have a significant positive impact on student growth.4.Students' overall satisfaction with undergraduate teaching work in local normal university is general,and the order of satisfaction from high to low is: campus culture,teach er teaching,student learning growth,teaching facilities,and management services.5.Student demographic variables Gender,grade,subject,place of origin,and position have significant differences in undergraduate teaching work in local normal university.6.There is a dominant linear relationship between undergraduate teaching work and student satisfaction in local normal university.
