Traditional reliability assessment and modeling methods are based on failure life data to model.With high reliability and long lifetime products,it is difficult to obtain corresponding failure life data through accelerated test in a short time.For such problems,the system's performance degradation data will be the primary information for reliability assessment.The reliability modeling method based on performance regression data will be an effective means to solve the reliability evaluation of high reliability and long life systems,and is also an important direction in the field of reliability research in recent years.The various degradation paths of the system are related.In this paper,the high reliability and long life system are taken as the research object,and the Copula related theory is introduced to describe its correlation.A competitive failure reliability model based on performance degradation data is established.Based on the competitive failure model,the main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The background of research reliability and competition failure is described,and the related concepts of performance degradation model and reliability are introduced.The basic steps of reliability analysis are given.The existing impact model is described,and the modeling method of competitive failure is given.(2)For the systems with random impact and multi-performance degradation,the theory of Copula is introduced on the assumption that the performance degradation process is a linear degradation process,and the impact process is an extreme impact model.Considering the correlation between multi-performance degradation modes,the influence of performance degradation on the burst failure threshold is analyzed,and the reliability evaluation model of the system is established.The selection method of dynamic correlation fitting Copula model is given.The example shows the effectiveness and engineering operability of the model.(3)Assuming that the impact of the system is an extreme impact,the property degradation process is linear degradation process,the reliability model of the system is established.Finally,the validity and engineering operability of the model are demonstrated by combining case studies.(4)Assuming that the impact of the system is δ impact,considering the performance degradation process as a linear degradation process,the reliability model of the system is established.For two related performance degradations and external impacts,the system reliability can be divided into eight parts of incompatible reliability functions.Finally,the validity of the model is demonstrated by a case study.
