| The physical and mental development of young athletes is in a relatively sensitive period.During the training and competition, unreasonable movement patterns and even damages are likely to occur. In order for adolescent sports to develop their athletic ability safely and quickly, they must develop a sound action model based on planned training.Functional Movement Screen(FMS)is a relatively popular and mature action mode measurement system. It is simple to operate and consists of seven test actions. It assesses the level of development by testing people's basic patterns of action and can be used as a criterion for the probability of injury. The corresponding corrective exercise is to develop a general and targeted corrective plan based on the results of functional screening to improve the athlete's unreasonable functional actions. In this study,12 youth 100-meter runners from the Shenzhen Sports Team were selected as the research object.Through the test method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the FMS test scores and the stride were statistically analyzed. The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Targeted corrective training can effectively improve the FMS test score and individual scores. The FMS test can guide 100-meter runners to correct their training and improve their movement patterns.Interventional correction training can be an important part of the basic or final part of training.(2)There were significant differences in the total scores of FMS test before and after correction training(P<0.05),indicating that the corrective training is beneficial to the improvement of the physical function mode of the100-meter runner;the scores of the two individual tests before and after the correction training are deep. There were significant differences between the steps, the straight leg splits and the body rotation stability before and after the correction training(P<0.05).There was no significant change in shoulder flexibility, active leg lift and trunk stability(P>0.05).(3)16-week correction training has no direct impact on the 100-meter running frequency and stride length. The average stride length of 100 meters after winter training is slightlyimproved compared with that before winter training, while the winter training is accelerated to 0-30 meters. There is a decline. The 30-60 m step in the winter training is slightly improved compared to the winter training. The improvement is larger than the acceleration and sprint.(4)FMS testing and corrective training can promote the development of athletes' physical quality through step-by-step and programmatic interventions while ensuring effective training duration. As the athlete's athletic ability improves, the FMS test and correction plan will be continuously adjusted and improved. |
