| With the progress of the times and the development of society,our country’s track and field sprinters have achieved many excellent results.Although the best level of our country’s elite women 200 m sprinters has some strength in the Asian arena,there is no competitiveness in the world arena,and there is still a big gap with the world-class level.At present,the research on sprint is mostly focused on the research of 100 m and 400 m,while the research on 200 m,written literature and comparative research are less,especially on women’s 200 m.These related studies mainly focus on technical comparison,energy supply characteristics,special training methods and comparative study of competition results.However,there are few studies on the key points of sports technology,such as the characteristics of stride frequency,pace and rhythm of elite athletes at home and abroad.Based on the video of the women’s 200 m finals of the Beijing World Athletics Championships in 2015 and the women’s 200 m finals of the 13 th National Games in 2017,and on the basis of the relevant data,the stride length,stride frequency and speed rhythm of elite female 200 m runners were compared and analyzed,taking the methods of video analysis,data processing and other analysis methods to find out the regularity of the influence of the change of stride length and stride frequency on the whole speed rhythm and provide reference for the training and physical education of Chinese women 200 m runners,so as to make greater breakthroughs in Chinese women 200 m runners and promote the progress of the overall level of Chinese women 200 m runners.This study draws the following conclusions:1.The gap between Chinese and foreign elite women 200 m athletes is mainly concentrated in the last 100 m segment,and the athletes with excellent performances in the latter 100 m segment have better overall performances.Domestic elite athletes use the combination of varied stride length and frequency to influence the speed with the characteristics of small stride lengthand high stride frequency,but their speed reserve,stride frequency reserve and stride length reserve are insufficient,and the combination of stride length and frequency is unreasonable.The stride length of the world’s elite athletes is relatively long,the stride frequency is comparable to that of the domestic elite athletes,but with lower change rate.The average speed utilization rate of the world’s elite athletes is higher in the last 100 m segment,and the combination of the stride length and the stride frequency is more reasonable.2.The gap between Chinese and foreign elite women 200 m athletes in sports technology is focused on the stride length.The athletes with bigger average stride length and higher change rate of stride length have better performance in 200 m.Appropriate control of stride frequency and increase of stride length are of great significance to the improvement of performance.3.The stride length of domestic elite female 200 m athletes is smaller under the condition of relatively excellent performance in the first half,and the increase of stride length is accompanied by the decline of performance in the second half.The change of the average stride length of the world elite female 200 m athletes is greater before and after the 100 m segment.The increase of the average stride length of the last 100 m segment lead to the improvement of the speed of this segment and the rise of their performance.4.Stride length has greater and more decisive influence on speed rhythm.There is little difference between Chinese and foreign elite women 200 m runners in their stride frequency ability,so we should take increasing stride length as an important starting point to improve the level of Chinese women 200 m runners in the future.Only by adjusting the stride length and optimizing the combination with stride frequency,can domestic athletes play their own speed level and promote their sports performance. |
