According to the conservation of resources theory and the risk-return framework,this tudy constructs a conceptual model in which workplace incivility is derived from the experienced CWB-I,that is,a model of diminution effect of high-intensity CWB to low-intensity workplace incivility.In this model,the basic psychological needs and risk preference in social decisions have mediating and moderating effects,respectively.In order to ensure the quality of the scale and the validity of the results,this study uses SPSS to analyze 72 pre-test questionnaires and deleted the inappropriate items in each scale.In the formal test,this study analyzes 347 questionnaires,using SPS.S and AMOS for regression analysis and structural equation model analysis,verifies the hypothesis.The results show that:(1)CWB-I behavior can evolve into workplace incivility and has a negative impact on basic psychological needs,(2)and found that the experienced,CWB-I will have a positive indirect effect on workplace incivility through basic psychological needs,(3)and risk preference in social decisions moderates the relationship between the experienced CWB-I and workplace incivility.More specifically,the negative relationship between basic psychological needs,and workplace incivility will be stronger at lower levels of risk preference in social decisions.Finally,this study analyzes the characteristics of workplace incivility and the demographic differences of the participants in the formal test,and gives suggestions for the future research.This research has important theoretical significance and provides important opinions for the organization of prevention and intervention of workplace incivility.
