In the world higher education's vision falls on the undergraduate course teaching quality one after another in our country higher education domain university teacher teaching development organization organization also in the intense work.How the teaching quality of college teachers is not only related to the personal career development of college teachers and the improvement of their self-ability,but also affects the level of teaching quality in colleges and universities,and even relates to the quality of the whole higher education and talent training.In western developed areas,the teaching development of university teachers has been normalized.We will integrate the resources of teachers' teaching development centers in colleges and universities to expand their regional influence.This is the inevitable trend of teacher teaching development in the world.For now,because the university teachers' teaching development in our country is still in the immature stage,Chinese scholars in the field of regional colleges and universities teachers' teaching development system is weak,therefore,this research attempts to the education system theory and dissipative structure theory,on the basis of deep analysis system of regional colleges and universities teachers' teaching development,the present situation and the existing problems and puts forward the rational and scientific reform measures.This study is divided into five parts:The first part,introduction.This part introduces the reason,purpose,content,literature review,significance and methods of the research on the teaching development system of teachers in regional colleges and universities.The second part,the regional university teacher teaching development system outline.This part mainly defines the relevant concepts,elaborates the theoretical basis of the research on the teaching development system of regional colleges and universities,the dissipative structure theory and the system theory,and analyzes the analysis framework of the teaching development system of regional colleges and universities from the two aspects of hypostatic rules and incompact organization.The third part,the current situation of regional college teachers' teaching development system.This part analyzes the current situation,problems and influencing factors of regional college teachers' teaching development system.At present,most of the teaching development organizations of regional colleges and universities in China are in the form of alliance,aiming at integrating the internal resources of the region and improving the teaching development level of the regional colleges and universities.However,due to factors such as national policies,local resources,educational concepts and teachers' psychological needs,most of the internal institutional norms of the organization are not perfect,and the institutional setting and job responsibilities are relatively vague,which is not conducive to its sustainable development.The fourth part is about the teaching development system of regional university teachers in developed areas and its enlightenment.Based on the theory of education system and dissipative structure theory,this part elaborates on the teaching development system of regional college teachers in developed areas in the world,and summarizes the enlightenment for our country.The teaching development organizations of regional colleges and universities in the United States are mainly entity organizations with stable financial support to ensure the smooth operation of the organizations.The regional higher education teachers' teaching development organization in Taiwan was established by relying on the policies of the competent education authorities,who exert their power to guide the strong institutions to help and lead and promote common development.The fifth part is the Suggestions on the reform of the teaching development system of regional college teachers.Determine the nature of this section is incompact organization and point out the importance of physical system in the organization,Suggestions from solid virtual combined with two aspects,hypostatic rules specifications of the guide,incorporeal organization,the organization should have a rational organization setup and stable funds guarantee,and through the project incentive and knowledge sharing,improving teachers' participation in interest and degree of resource integration,further perfect our system of regional colleges and universities teachers' teaching development.
