This paper discussed some methods and strategies in the teaching of Fine Arts by means of self-organization theory providing methods and visions, trying to fill the blank of self-organization theory applying in the fine arts teaching. Based on the self-organization, we can get some teaching strategies to promote the self-organization of students' thinking system. First of all, dissipative structure theory tells us that the first step is to let your thought be in an open state far from equilibrium, and then fluctuation must exist in students thinking system and make the student's thinking system vulnerable to mutation. But after meeting the above basic conditions, it still need to continue the in-depth analysis of self-organized formation mechanism to ensure the teaching to achieve orderly self-organization and ongoing dialogue, namely carrying out a comprehensive of Haken's Synergetics Theory and Hypercycle Theory set up by M-Eigen. Because the system is not necessarily able to lead the system to the order when meeting the basic conditions of the theory of dissipative structure, it is also possible to go out of order. At this point, the Synergetics Theory tell us that cooperative behavior will lead to a high level of self-organization, and this tendency will suddenly appeared at a critical juncture, so it enlightens teachers to find this important juncture in the teaching process. It is enthusiasm that in Haken's Synergetics Theory and Hypercycle Theory, we see what we can do to achieve the final order and the final state of self-organization in the critical juncture, so as to keep the conversation continue to carry on. Under the Enlightenment of these two great theories, we have found the true significance and value of meaning study, self-evaluation, psychological need and the integration of the knowledge in the art teaching.The first chapter, based on the theoretical review of the three basic theory of self-organization theory, combined with the human brain thinking system on the principle of interpretation and interpretation. Looking forward to be able to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the self-organization theory, and to give a more profound guiding significance to art teaching.The second and three chapters respectively on the three basic theories of self- organization theory:Dissipative Structure Theory, Synergy Theory, Hypercycle Theory, to do a comprehensive development on art teaching, and based on the theoretical contributions of these self-organization theory and the results of the questionnaire survey collected in my teaching practice, to discuss the specific teaching strategies that can be applied to the Fine-Arts Class.
