The issue of funding for poor students is a focus of society and plays a very important role in the development of higher education.With the gradual popularization of higher education,although the funding of poor students has achieved certain development,the issue of subsidizing education has become more and more obvious.In the process of comprehensively promoting the subsidy policy,the student-funded education has gradually become an education.The main content of the researchers.This paper summarizes and studies the research status of poverty-stricken students' funded education at home and abroad,so as to scientifically define the connotation and function of subsidized education,analyze its principles and characteristics,and expound the necessity of college-funded education.Using comparative research,empirical research,survey analysis and other methods to conduct an in-depth investigation and analysis of the actual object of Hunan Arts and Crafts Vocational College,summed up the school's current funding mechanism is not sound,the funding evaluation method is controversial,funding follow-up education Insufficient and heavy material subsidies for light spiritual education and other four aspects,and analyzed the four reasons for the problem: First,the social environment,second,the school's lack of attention,third the negative impact of family education,fourth,students There is a misunderstanding of individual value orientation.According to the results of the analysis,we draw on some advanced mechanistic concepts and models from the United States,Japan,etc.,combined with the experience accumulated by the author over the years,this paper proposes countermeasures for the Hunan Arts and Crafts Vocational College to subsidize the education work,from three The corresponding measures have been formulated: First,the concept of subsidizing education is transformed,and the analysis is carried out from the perspectives of funders and recipients.Second,the relevant systems for subsidizing education are improved to form a full-member promotion.The system of guarantee system,supervision system and evaluation system;the third is to realize the means of subsidizing education,construct corresponding curriculum system for subsidizing educators,establish corresponding activity platform,create corresponding campus culture,and construct corresponding practical entities.Taking relevantsystems as a guarantee,using material support as a support,improving the efficiency of subsidizing education,and providing reference for the development of subsidized education.
