The Establishment Of The Research Funding Monitoring System In L University Of Guangdong Province

A country's science and technology can develop rapidly and steadily,can not do without the steady and normal development of scientific research activities,and scientific research funds play an important role as the blood of scientific research activities.With the implementation of science and education strategy in China,the scale of education is expanding day by day,and universities,as the main force of science and education strategy,occupy an important position here.With the development of science and technology,scientific research activities in our country occupy an increasingly important position,therefore,our country has been increasing the investment of scientific research funds.At the same time,because the supervision and management of research funds in colleges and universities in our country has not been perfect,there are some loopholes,leading to the loss of research funds and low utilization.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current model of supervision and management of scientific research funds,and makes use of the theory of internal control and the rules of internal control of institutions.It is imperative to strengthen the supervision of the use of scientific research funds in colleges and universities,explore the mode of supervision of scientific research funds suitable for the current development trend of colleges and universities,and ensure the orderly and efficient implementation of scientific research projects.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the use of scientific research funds in colleges and universities in China,this paper makes a detailed study of the internal control theory and the internal control norms of institutions,and summarizes the problems and causes in the supervision of scientific research funds in colleges and universities in China.Taking L University,a local university,as an example,for example,we have reviewed the relevant materials and the use of scientific research funds in recent years,and conducted research on the relevant departments.To understand the understanding of the management of scientific research funds in L universities and how they actually manage it,In the process of identifying the problems and carefully analysing the root causes of these problems.Finally,a suitable monitoring system of scientific research funds is established for L universities.And through the establishment of the monitoring system before and after the management of scientific research funds performance evaluation to show that the system is effective.This paper is about the construction of the supervision system of scientific research funds in L universities.It not only improves the efficiency of the use of scientific research funds in colleges and universities,but also further regulates the use of scientific research funds,it plays an important role in the healthy development of scientific research.
