Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Football Activities In Guangzhou Football Kindergarten Under The Influence Of Epidemic Situation

In recent years,the Ministry of Education and the State General Administration of Sports have issued a series of documents to promote the development of football activities in kindergartens with football characteristics,such as "National Action Plan for the Construction of eight Systems of Youth Campus Football","Management measures of National Football expert Committee for Young Children","Guide to Games in kindergartens with National Football characteristics" and so on.Under the influence of COVID-19 ’s epidemic situation in2020,the scientific and rational development of football activities in kindergartens with football characteristics will be paid more and more attention by parents,directors and government departments.with the continuous improvement of the top-level design of children’s football and the continuous popularization and promotion of kindergartens with national football characteristics,more and more children will participate in football activities in the future.This paper takes the current situation of football activities in 38 characteristic football kindergartens in Guangzhou selected and evaluated by the state in 2019 as the research object,through the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,field investigation and so on.this paper probes into the problems existing in the development of football activities in 38 football kindergartens in Guangzhou under the influence of epidemic situation.The purpose of this paper is to provide some suggestions and references for the football kindergartens in Guangzhou and even the whole province to carry out football activities under the influence of the epidemic.The findings of the survey are as follows:(1)Under the influence of the epidemic,the promotion and popularization of football characteristic kindergartens was at a standstill in the first half of 2020.With the epidemic under control,football activities in 38 football kindergartens in Guangzhou have been fully resumed in the second half of 2020.The survey shows that the proportion of the number of kindergartens with public and private football characteristics in Guangzhou is out of balance,which is not conducive to the overall promotion and popularization.(2)Under the influence of the epidemic situation,the teacher training of preschool football in Guangzhou and the examination of all kinds of football qualification certificates have to be suspended.There is an imbalance in the structure of football teachers in 38 football kindergartens with football characteristics in Guangzhou.and lack of regular professional football teaching and training and related football qualification certificate assessment and other problems.(3)during the period of epidemic prevention and control,parents and middle managers of kindergartens lack enough support and attention to carry out football activities in kindergartens with football characteristics.There is an urgent need to raise the level of attention of parents and middle managers to children’s participation in football activities.(4)during the epidemic prevention and control period,there are some problems in the safety of football activities in football kindergartens with special characteristics and there are some deficiencies in epidemic prevention measures.the regular inspection and supervision of third-party supervision institutions should be strengthened to ensure the safe and orderly development of children’s football activities.(5)under the influence of the epidemic situation,there is a serious lack of foreign football competition communication in football characteristic kindergartens.Under the premise of scientific and reasonable epidemic prevention,foreign football exchange and competition activities should be strengthened.(6)the investigation shows that most of the kindergartens with football characteristics belong to the early stage and lack the practical experience of carrying out football activities scientifically and rationally during the period of epidemic prevention and control.The valuable experience of developing excellent kindergartens with football characteristics during the epidemic prevention and control period should be actively promoted.
