The management of teachers' career is to help teachers to design their career development plans and provide effective organizational support according to the characteristics and development needs of teachers and combined with the needs of school development.To help teachers gradually achieve career goals and a series of management activities.The research object of this study is Shenzhen SZS Senior Technical School,which is representative of technical colleges,and sends a lot of high-skilled talents to the country.There is no doubt that a high quality and high level of teachers is the key to the development of the school,and at present,the problem of teachers in technical colleges is the biggest problem.The present situation of teachers' career management is studied by questionnaire,and 162 teachers in SZS Senior Technical School are investigated through interviews to find out the teachers ideas and demands in career development.A total of 162 valid questionnaires were collected,and the problems and deficiencies in the development of teachers' career were found through the statistical analysis of 162 valid questionnaires.Under the guidance of motivation factor theory,the questionnaire designed problems from two aspects: organizational factor and individual factor.At the same time,it also understood the ideas and practices of teachers and schools on career development planning,which provided the basis for problem analysis.The interview survey mainly combines the teachers' clear understanding of their own career development,the evaluation and suggestions of the school support,and also finds a lot of problems,at the same time;it also collects some feasible suggestions.This study shows that the plight of teachers' career development in technical colleges is different in different stages of career growth,such as the lack of adequate material needs in the early stage of professional growth,the lack of learning in the period of ability construction.Opportunities for training or further education,lack of effective assessment and promotion incentives for passion and growth,lack of timely guidance and support during career setbacks,these problems not only restrict teachers career development,At the same time,it is not conducive to the promotion of school teaching level and healthy and sustainable development.Therefore,we should perfect the material incentive measures,training management mechanism,leadership style and communication mode of technical colleges and universities.Only when schools attach importance to the development of teachers' career and give scientific guidance to them,can they better promote the development of teachers' career in technical colleges.
