The Discussion Of The Dilemma In The Process Of Medical Social Workers' Work

Treating patients in hospital is a traditional medical model concept.The new medical system and mode require hospitals to be more humanistic in the new era.That is to say,medical staff should not only focus on the patient's physical illness,but also pay attention to the connection between patients' psychology,family and social resources which needs hospital configure the medical social workers and support them in their work at the same time to promote the development of medical social work and improve the medical and health care systems in China.Therefore,by the means of semi-open-ended face-to-face interviews and participant observation also using the pattern of case work to collect,summarize and analyze the types of dilemmas encountered in social work and their influence on patients and their families,hospitals and social workers.In addition,it tries to improve the plight of domestic medical social workers by reading relevant domestic and foreign literature,inquiring medical social work mode and consulting the supervisor teacher in order to reduce obstacles for Medical social workers,let them better serve patients,and promote the localization development of medical social work.
