As a large group of middle school education,the development of young teachers is related to the development of the national education and the sustainable development of education.However,as more expectation of education from society has increased,education authorities have attached great importance to education,and competition has become increasingly fierce,young teachers are facing pressure from society,schools,and families,and their mind and body have been greatly impacted.Combining the current situation of young teachers' work,sorting out the causes of the pressure of young teachers and studying the corresponding countermeasures is of epochal importance to the advancement of the healthy development of young teachers.The research uses literature research methods such as survey research methods,mathematical statistics methods and so on,based on Phillip L.Rice's "Work Stress Personal Measurement Table",combined with the characteristics of middle school young teachers,designed around work pressure sources such as the work task,interpersonal relationship,work environment,organization management,career planning and occupational interest to construct a stress model for young teachers in middle schools and scientifically design the Stress Cause of Middle School Young Teachers Scale.Junior high schools and high schools in the Nantong area are selected to conduct surveys to conduct demographic analysis on the subjects from the aspects of sex,age,job title,academic qualifications,students'education sections,and location of the inauguration school.The influence of the causes of young middle school teachers' job stress is reflected in three aspects:social pressure factors,school stress factors and their own stress factors.According to the causes,combined with the analysis of demographics in the past,targeted countermeasures should be put forward.Firstly,reduce the pressure of young teachers in middle schools.In the context of parental expectations of teachers,career advancement,as well as a competitive social environment between teachers,we must face up to the social environment,design from the two aspects of work tasks and interpersonal relationships,classify and optimize work tasks appropriately,and establish a scientific evaluation mechanism.Build a diversified and developmental scientific evaluation mechanism.Secondly,optimize school management and enhance the professional identity of young teachers.At the request of school software management and hardware management,in the face of secondary vocational characteristics such as curriculum reform and performance appraisal of middle school teachers,it is necessary to optimize from the school management level,and to design and optimize the organization from the two levels of organization management and work environment.Manage,improve the school management soft environment,improve the working environment,and improve the school education hard environment.Thirdly,build a platform for the development of married families according to the young teachers'characteristics of age.For young teachers,they're faced with pressure from career planning and occupational interest.Under the needs of young teachers to get married,relevant measures are supposed to be taken effectively to reduce their pressure,increasing their happiness index and making them have a sense of belonging,thus protecting their enthusiasm for teaching.
