High school freshmen have just entered high school from junior high school and are in a big turning point in life.Students in the face of more difficult,more content,higher requirements for high school physics learning will inevitably lead to learning unsuitable situation,in order to enable students to adapt to high school physics learning as soon as possible,study the high school physics students to adapt to the status quo It is especially important.This study used questionnaires and explored strategies to improve the adaptability of high school physics learning.Firstly,using the questionnaire survey method,the physics learning adaptation problems of four high school and high school students in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou were investigated from four aspects:student learning experience,self-efficacy,learning content and teaching mode.Next,a preliminary analysis of the basic information of the questionnaire is carried out,and the current situation of the students learning adaptation and related problems in the adaptation process are obtained.Then,using the relevant analysis software,the whole questionnaire is analyzed to find out the proportion of each question in the questionnaire to the learning adaptation time.Correlation analysis was carried out in the questionnaire to reflect the subjective feelings of students and the length of learning adaptation time.Relevant factors affecting students'learning adaptation time were found out.According to the Influencing factors,the gender differences of boys and girls and the differences between students and students with learning difficulties were analyzed.Finally,based on the survey results,combined with relevant theories,with reference to the content and requirements of high school physics teaching,the relevant suggestions for improving the physical learning adaptability of high school students are proposed.Through questionnaire survey,it can be found that the arrangement of high school physics learning content has great influence on students' learning adaptability.Therefore,by optimizing the arrangement of high school physics teaching content and strengthening the guidance of students' learning methods,it can effectively alleviate the problem of students' high school physics learning adaptation..This study provides an in-depth analysis of the current situation of high school students' physics learning adaptation,and puts forward their own opinions on how to help students adapt to high school physics learning life as soon as possible.However,there is still space for improvement in the research methods and the application of statistical related techniques in this research.I hope that the future study will be further explored on the basis of this research.In the senior high school learning adaptation process,differences in gender and academic achievement will also affect the status quo of students' physical learning adaptation.
