The Party and the government attach great importance to the development of education.In "Education Modernization 2030",it is clearly pointed out that important progress will be made in education modernization by 2020 and education modernization will be basically realized.The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy can not be separated from the support of talents and intelligence,so the development of rural education is of vital importance.The level of education modernization in Fuyang City is in the middle and lower reaches of Anhui Province.The modernization of rural education studied in this paper is an indispensable and most difficult part of the process of education modernization.At present,there are endless studies on educational modernization,but there are few studies on the separation of urban and rural areas;most of the studies on the evaluation of educational modernization are based on qualitative analysis,and even if there are quantitative studies,few of them can form an index system.Taking compulsory education in Yingquan District of Fuyang City as an example,this paper studies the process of education modernization in rural areas of Fuyang City in recent three years by establishing a monitoring and evaluation index system suitable for Fuyang City.Based on the CIPP model and the existing monitoring and evaluation index system of educational modernization in China,this paper establishes the monitoring and evaluation index system of educational modernization in Fuyang City.To study the process of education modernization in Fuyang rural areas in recent three years.Based on the CIPP model and the existing monitoring and evaluation index system of educational modernization in China,this paper establishes the monitoring and evaluation index system of educational modernization in Fuyang City.The index system of educational modernization in Fuyang City is mainly developed from four aspects:popularization and equity of education,structure and quality,condition and guarantee,service and contribution.Under this index system,there are 18 core indicators,6 non-core indicators and a total of 24 indicators of educational modernization.After the data analysis of the indicators,combined with the actual situation of the investigation,the factors that restrict the process of education modernization in Fuyang rural areas are found out,and some suggestions are put forward.Through in-depth analysis of the indicators of educational modernization,this paper compares the indicators of educational modernization in Yingquan District and Fuyang City,and concludes that the process of educational modernization in rural areas lags behind the overall process of educational modernization in Fuyang City.The main reasons are as follows:insufficient total educational resources,inadequate implementation of quality education,insufficient total teachers and structural imbalance coexist in Yingquan District.In view of these problems existing in the process of educational modernization in Yingquan District,corresponding suggestions are put forward.Firstly,we should solve the problem of insufficient total educational resources,run public education satisfactory to the people,and support and encourage the development of private education;secondly,we should promote the development of quality education and improve students'physical health;secondly,we should take more measures to solve the problem of insufficient total teaching staff and actively promote the construction of primary and secondary school teachers;finally,we should accelerate the construction of information technology to promote high-quality teaching.Education resources are shared between urban and rural areas.
