Analysis Of Amateur Football Youth Coaches In Suzhou Industry Park

For implementation of the state council,the state general adixninistration of sports on enhancement of youth physical quality opinion,the country's soccer movement development plan through the unremitting efforts with innovative thinking and strategic vision implement will make football liked by most people.This will give more opportunities for people to get involved in this football,which improves health,individual talent,and the cultivation of teamwork.For youths in China to develop there needs to be a strong foundation to support and guide them through the process.One of the most important parts of football are coaches,which have received extensive attention from the whole society.As the manager and decision-maker of the daily operation of a football team,the organizer and implementer of football sports training,competition and the training of coaches are the preconditions for the smooth development of football on campus.Therefore,having high quality and high level football coaches plays a decisive role in the development and implementation of football.Taking the current situation of the coaches of amateur football youth training in Suzhou industrial park as the purpose of this research,this paper analyzes the coaches of amateur football youth training in Suzhou indistrial park by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interview and logical analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The training system for amateur youth coaches in Suzhou Industrial Park is not perfect and lacks corresponding management mechanisms.2.The cost of the amateur youth training coach training class in Suzhou Industrial Park is relatively high,and many coaches do not have enough funds to participate in the training.3.Amateur youth coaches in Suzhou Industrial Park are too backward in the training and selection system,and many outstanding talents cannot be appointed.4.The amateur youth coaches in Suzhou Industrial Park are not clear enough in the training content,which makes it impossible to practically apply to football teaching.5.Amateur youth coaches in Suzhou Industrial Park did not systematically study on the training team,and they did not have enough knowledge of basic theoretical knowledge and skills and tactics.6.There are a large number of young and inexperienced coaches in the anateur youth coaches in Suzhou Industrial Park.Most of them have less than five years of coaching experience and have participated in systematic coach training courses.7.Most of the amateur youth coaches in Suzhou Industrial Park have a lack of professional football basic knowledge,and the teaching level,expression ability and organizational ability reflected in the usual teaching needs to be improved.Based on the above questions,the following Suggestions are proposed:Complete the system of Suzhou amateur football coaches training plan;increase different ways of Suzhou amateur football coaches training fee;Improve the selection mechanism of football coaches for Suzhou amateur youth training;complete the training content of amateur youth football coaches in Suzhou;Expand the team building of youth soccer coaches in Suzhou;We will strengthen the evaluation of football coaches at the youth academy in Suzhou.
