The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of PE Of ‘One School One Project’ In Suzhou Industrial Park

Since 2003, Suzhou Industrial Park started proposing ‘One School One Project’, that is each school should give priority to developing a certain sports training program according to their own characteristics and advantages, and give the consideration of other sports at the same time. Through the positive guidance of experts from SIP Educational Bureau and Suzhou Sports Bureau, the training program should be strengthen and outstanding in SIP, even in Suzhou. The article makes a deep research and analysis on the development mode, teacher status, capital source, sit facilities, project distribution、satisfaction and achievement of schools in SIP.The research showed that the places, staff, and schools played important roles in driving the project, and they should form their own characteristics. We can make full use of the time, such as PE lessons, big breaks and special physical exercise lessons, and make sure the project can be carried out properly. At the meantime, we should invite a professional athlete as a full-time teacher when we choose the certain sport. Professional athletes can also give the professional suggestions to the other PE teachers. Financial supporting from the government and financial guarantee from the school have provided good conditions for the program.
