With the development of modern educational measurement theory, the traditional test that only provides a fuzzy total score can meet the needs of teachers and students no longer. They have the disadvantage of not being able to measure the cognitive process of students. To this end, cognitive diagnosis theory emerged as the times require.Based on cognitive psychology and psychometrics,it can further explore the processing skills and cognitive structure of the subjects. The combination of cognitive diagnosis and quiz test helps teachers to pay attention to the learning dynamics of each student,to understand the students' mastery of classroom knowledge,to determine the weak links of students' learning,to take timely targeted remedial measures, and to teach students in accordance with their aptitude. It makes up for the shortcomings of the classroom teaching effect feedback time and low time utilization efficiency. The DINA model is one of the potential classification models for cognitive diagnosis. It has been widely applied in the field of education because of its simple form and easy explanation. On the basis of reading a large number of related literatures, this study first analyzes the characteristics and current teaching situation of junior high school physics curriculum, introduces the basic process of cognitive diagnosis, and further elaborates the design of junior high school physics curriculum based on cognitive diagnosis.Principles, the learning characteristics of junior high school students, and then supported by the cognitive diagnosis model, the design scheme of junior high school physics teaching based on the DINA model is given, which introduces the modern measurement technology of cognitive diagnosis into the classroom teaching of junior middle school physics. When the class is implemented, the student replaces the quiz with the completion of the cognitive diagnosis test. The system generates a cognitive diagnosis report. The teacher uses the diagnosis result information as the basis to determine the common problems and learning of the students in the learning process.Difficulties,in order to take appropriate remedial teaching measures, students can focus on the knowledge content that has not yet been mastered, and truly check for vacancies. Finally, based on the DINA model, the specific application of junior high school physics teaching design, using the method of comparative experiment, according to the pre-class preparation,in-class implementation,after-school promotion of the teaching process, after the endof the teaching application, from the model diagnosis parameters, academic performance Four aspects of attribute mastery probability and student satisfaction are used to analyze the application effect to test the effectiveness of the instructional design. This thesis combines cognitive diagnosis theory with teaching practice, and applies the teaching design based on the DINA model to the junior high school physics course "Liquid Pressure".Through the practical application of the teaching case, the validity of the junior high school physics teaching design based on the DINA model is verified. The results reveal that this instructional design enhances pertinence of teacher remediation teaching, and it helps improve students learning efficiency.
