The ideal sports university is the dream of every examinee for college entrance examination in P.E.However,the ideal sports university is inevitably linked with the ideal sports performance.The score depends on multiple factors.Pre-exam state anxiety is an important factor influencing the result of college entrance examination in P.E.On this basis,we researched the relation between the sports scores of examinee for college entrance examination in P.E.and pre-exam state anxiety,in the hope of providing some feasible suggestions on reducing examination anxiety of examinee for college entrance examination in P.E.and promoting their sports examination scores.Document literature,scale test and mathematical statistics were mainly used in this paper to look up the materials about this study,understand the research status and confirm the object of study.In view of such factors as age,gender,subject,special event,sports level,training years,current graduates and previous graduates,350 copies of Sports Competition Anxiety Scale revised by Prof.Zhu Beili from East China Normal University were distributed on the site of 2018 college entrance examination in P.E.in Gansu Province to measure examinee pre-exam anxiety state.Finally,300 effective scales were gained.Based on this,special sports examination scores of the 300 examinee were obtained from the Admission Office of Northwest Normal University.The data were collated and statically analyzed with SPSS software.In this paper,the basic features of pre-exam state anxiety of examinee for college entrance examination in P.E.in Gansu Province were explored from three dimensions.Besides,the differences in scores of three events(100m race,shot and the triple jump)and total scores of the three events for examinee for college entrance examination in P.E.under the influencing factors were investigated.Further,the correlation between the scores of three events and three dimensions of pre-exam state anxiety was studied.Main research results are as below:1.The age,gender,subject,special event,sports level,training years,current graduates and previous graduates were chosen as the influencing factors to analyze whether pre-exam state anxiety differs under these influencing factors.The results show that age,gender,sports level,training years,current graduates and previousgraduates had significant differences in the three dimensions of pre-exam state anxiety.In terms of cognitive state and body state anxiety,male students < female students.In the aspect of state self-confidence,male students > female students.With the increase of age and training years,cognitive state anxiety and body state anxiety presented the decline trend,while the rule was opposite in the dimension of state self-confidence.In the aspect of cognitive state anxiety and body state anxiety,no level>national Level3> national Level 2.In terms of state self-confidence,national Level 2> national Level 3> no level.In terms of cognitive state anxiety and body state anxiety,current graduates > previous graduates.In the aspect of state self-confidence,previous graduates> current graduates.The subject and special event had no significant difference in the three dimensions of pre-exam state anxiety.2.The age,gender,subject,sports level,training years,current graduates and previous graduates were chosen as the influencing factors to analyze whether the three events(100m race,shot and the triple jump)differ under these factors.The results show that,when the gender was controlled,age,sports level and training years presented the significant differences in 100 m race performance,while there was no significant difference in the factors of subject,current graduates and previous graduates.With regard to 100 m race performance,both male students and female students presented the feature that the performance of low age group was higher than that of high age group.In terms of sports level,100 m race performance for male students: male students with national Level 2 > male students with national Level 3 >male students without level;for female students: female students with national Level2 > female students with national Level 3 > female students without level.With the increase of training years,100 m race performance presented the progressive increase trend for both male students and female students.When the gender was controlled,the age factor had significant difference in shot scores.The shot scores of male students in the high age group were higher than those in the low age group.The shot scores of female students in the high age group were lower than those in the low age group.Shot scores only reflected the significant difference for female students in the factors of subject,current graduates and previous graduates.Shot scores had no significant differences in the factors of sports level and training years.When the gender wascontrolled,age,sports level,training years,current graduates and previous graduates exhibited the significant differences in the scores of the triple jump.With the rise of age,sports level and training years,both male students and female students presented the progressive increase trend in the scores of the triple jump.Under the subject factor,the scores of the triple jump did not show the significant difference for male students and female students.3.Hierarchical regression analysis method was employed to explore the correlation among the scores of the three events,total scores of the three events and three dimensions of state anxiety.The results indicate that,when 100 m race score was used as the dependent variable,and cognitive state anxiety,body state anxiety and state self-confidence were used as the independent variables,the three dimensions could reliably predict 100 m race result,and cognitive state anxiety> state self-confidence> body state anxiety.When shot score was used as the dependent variable,state self-confidence and cognitive state anxiety could reliably predict shot scores,and state self-confidence> cognitive state anxiety.Body state anxiety failed to reliably predict shot scores.When the score of the triple jump was used as the dependent variable,state self-confidence and body state anxiety reliably predicted the score of the triple jump,and state self-confidence> body state anxiety.Cognitive state anxiety failed to make the reliable prediction.When the dependent variable was total scores of the three events,state self-confidence and body state anxiety reliably predicted total scores of the three events,and state self-confidence> body state anxiety.Cognitive state anxiety failed to make the reliable prediction.Thus,the following suggestions are proposed to relieve pre-exam state anxiety of examinee for college entrance examination in P.E.in Gansu Province and improve their competition performance in college entrance examination in P.E.The coaches should study the knowledge of sport psychology and learn to regulate change rules of examinee pre-exam state anxiety from the psychological perspective.In the event of100 m race,the coaches should increase competition frequency within the proper load,enrich their experience,and make then grasp the pace of competitions so as to improve their cognitive state anxiety.In the shot event,verbal encourage,attention distraction,muscular relaxation,walking and breath regulation can be applied toimprove examinee state self-confidence.In the triple jump event,limb movement competitions can be arranged frequently before the examination,and they can gradually lower limb tension through repeated stimulation of limbs so that body state anxiety can be within a proper range and examinee self-confidence can improve.
