The inclusive education has been developed in our country for nearly three decades.The quality of educational education is still worrying and the quality of the integrated education should be improved from the foundation.Kindergarten is the initial starting point of school education,and preschool teachers in preschool education plays a vital role,so it is necessary to make an investigation about the inclusive education literacy of preschool teachers.Therefore,the inclusive education literacy of preschool teachers will be the object of study,this study will help the general kindergarten teacher professional standard expansion,providing theoretical support for the general kindergarten teachers’ professional development and pointing out the new direction for the normal school preschool education courses.In practice,this research will provide the realistic basis for the self-reflection of kindergarten teachers’ professional accomplishment and provide practical support for the post-natal training of kindergarten teachers.Based on the domestic and foreign literatures on the inclusive education literacy of teachers,this paper adopts the method of literature analysis and questionnaire survey to investigate the status quo of the inclusive education literacy of preschool teachers in northern Anhui.This study is divided into the following two parts: First,this paper summarizes the research status of this study and summarizes the research framework of this study and the three dimensions of the questionnaire survey on the basis of reading domestic and foreign the inclusive education literacy of teachers.Second,To determine the survey questionnaire according to the results of the literature and the "kindergarten teacher professional standards(Trial)”,and the questionnaire is divided into four parts which are the teachers basic information,the current situation of preschool teachers’ inclusive educational quality,Preschool teachers may face problems in the integration of education,and open questionnaire.The ultimate goal of this study is to provide reference suggestions and opinions for in-service teachers to improve their own inclusive education literacy.And then the northern Anhui kindergarten teachers conducted a questionnaire survey,the study concluded the following conclusions:1.Northern Anhui kindergarten teachers integrated education literacy overall slightly higher than the middle level.Among them,kindergarten teachers have the best grasp of the integration of educational skills,followed by the attitude of kindergarten teachers to the integration of education,the most ideal is the kindergarten teachers on the integration of education knowledge reserves,below the middle level.2.The attitude of kindergarten teachers on the integration of education by the age of kindergarten teachers,education,school nature,duties,whether to repair special education courses,whether to understand the impact of the concept of integration of education.3.Kindergarten teachers to master the knowledge of the integration of education by the age of teachers,teaching age,whether to repair special education courses,whether to understand the impact of the concept of integration of education.4.Kindergarten teachers to master the integration of educational skills by the teacher’s marriage,education,school location,the nature of the school,whether the special education content of kindergarten teachers to integrate the mastery of education skills have a significant impact.5.Whether kindergarten teachers to attend special education courses,whether to understand the basic concept of integration education is the impact of two kindergarten teachers integration of the key elements of educational literacy.Based on this,the study proposed the following three recommendations:1.To build all-round integration of education system,to promote teachers to change the integration of educational attitude2.A sound multi-level integration of education and learning system,to promote teachers to learn the integration of educational knowledge3.To carry out diversified integration of education ability training,to enable teachers to master the integration of educational skills... |
