At present,the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education is profoundly affecting the development of global higher education and the reform of personnel training mode.Innovation and entrepreneurship education in Australian universities is an important part of pre-service education,which consists of three types of innovation and entrepreneurship education:professional form,integrated form and practical form.Monash University's innovative entrepreneurship education model is one of the typical representatives.Under the guidance of the concepts of "paying attention to the integration and application of knowledge,emphasizing technological innovation" and "paying attention to social needs,problem-oriented and training talents for social development",innovation and entrepreneurship education in Monash University has established a flexible educational system consisting of classroom teaching,practical activities and student association activities.Among them,top stone courses and service-oriented learning practice activities.The characteristics are particularly obvious.Enterprises bring the real problems they are facing to the classroom of the Topstone Course,and universities organize students to solve problems,consolidate professional knowledge in the course of action learning,learn innovative entrepreneurial skills,and integrate professional education and innovative entrepreneurship education closely.Service-based learning practice requires students to enter enterprises in the form of interdisciplinary teams and complete the established projects for enterprises in a real working environment.It not only applies professional knowledge,exercises the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,but also improves the ability of interdisciplinary learning,cooperation and social responsibility.In the process of practice,Monash University pays special attention to the refinement and implementation of the goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education,stresses the problem-oriented teaching with school-enterprise cooperation as the grasp,and promotes the improvement of teaching effect with the participation of multiple subjects.It constitutes a relatively complete innovation and entrepreneurship education model with remarkable results,which provides an effective reference for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China.Therefore,in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,China should pay attention to the refinement and implementation of educational objectives,strengthen the design and improvement of the top stone curriculum,and do a good job in the development and promotion of service learning links,so as to enhance the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education practice.
