In recent years, with the frequent occurrence of mass incidents, the intergroup relationship has gradually caused people’s attention. Because of the specific historical reasons, the relationship between is particularly noticeable. In Colleges and universities in Xinjiang, full implementation of under the background of the Han people and the integration of teaching, is special significance to explore the intergroup contact effect of prejudice. Previous studies have indicated that the intergroup contact can play a positive effect in a certain condition to reduce the intergroup prejudice, the effect of intergroup contact on the intergroup prejudice needs to be explicitly considered geographical features,so as to explore the unique contact patterns and conditions in Xinjiang, the difference between Minority and Han Students.Based on the relevant literature, this study To explore the effects of the dimensions of the intergroup contact on the intergroup prejudice(implicit prejudice and the two explicit prejudice scale) of the three dimensions of the test intergroup contact, the degree and the valence of the three dimensions. A total of 3 studies were included in the study: to examine the effects of direct intergroup contact(contact degree, contact mode), indirect intergroup contact(imagine intergroup contact), and the effect of contact valence on the intergroup prejudice.The effect of direct intergroup contact is studied, including two parts. Study a(a), the cross group friendship crash program, examine a freshman through cross group friendship crash contact of Uygur and Han students foreign intergroup prejudice effect. Results showed that after friendship across population crash in the first stage after, explicit prejudice showed a rising trend,and students of Han nationality than Uighur students increased significantly; implicit prejudicees Han students present a trend of increasing, the Uighur students showed a trend of decline.Research a(b) in the accommodation mixed Minority and Han Students background, by tracing study design and examine the new co residential different stages students Neiweihan foreign prejudice changes. The results showed that the Han explicit prejudice were higher than Uygur,and after exposure to prejudice the difference was not significant; in hidden aspects of Uighur showed downward trend. On the basis of the one or two part of the data, the data will be compared to explore the influence of the contact method on the prejudice. The results showed that, in the implicit aspect, the contact pattern was significantly different, that is, the effect of the implicit prejudice was significantly greater than that of the cross group friendship, and the influence of the implicit prejudice has a downward trend. Explicit prejudice, direct contact,explicit prejudice showed a rising trend, but showed differences between different nationalities,Han explicit prejudice was significantly higher than that of Uygur. And there was a significant interaction between different nationalities and the contact way between, Uighur in contact with different explicit prejudice decreased significantly, the Han students showed rising trend.Study 2 explored imagining intergroup contact effect, with 2(outgroup imagine contact,intergroup imagine contact) * 2(Uygur and Han) completely random experimental design,examine the imagination of Uygur and Han students intergroup prejudice change effect. The results showed that, compared with the intergroup, the outgroup imagination can reduce the implicit prejudice. Through different imagine contact, the prejudice has the significant differences, Han has decreased, Uygur subjects showed a rising trend.Study three is to investigate the effect of previous exposure experience(contact degree,contact titer) on implicit and explicit prejudice. The results showed that the prejudice of minority students is negatively correlated with the level of contact and the level of exposure. The people has the deeper the contact degree, the more positive the contact experience, the less prejudice.From what has been discussed above, direct intergroup contact can reduce the implicit intergroup prejudice effectively, but will increase explicit prejudice, intergroup persistent effect to cross group friendship; indirect intergroup contact will reduce the Han subjects of implicit prejudice more effectively, and contact titer and prejudice, with the degree of contact more deeper, contact more actively and prejudice is reduced. However, there were differences in the types and extent of the different types of subjects and the different types of subjects.
