| In recent years,under the background of learning advanced international thoughts and introducing advanced international education mode,China has started beneficial exploration and attempt on the cooperation mode of "U-S" partnership between universities and primary and secondary schools.Remarkable achievements have been made in teacher professional development,curriculum construction and school improvement.At the same time,the academic circle has also studied the origin and development,mode and orientation,principles and elements,significance and role,obstacles and difficulties of "U-S" partnership.The factors affecting the effect of "U-S" partnership and the ways to remove obstacles to cooperation are also studied.Most of the research methods are based on investigation,but few of them are based on case study.This study based on a case study,is deeply rooted in C primary school of L city and tracks and investigates the "U-S" cooperation process between the school and X university for one year.On the basis of in-depth interview and observation of the research objects,the first-hand research data are sorted out and analyzed to reveal the evolution process of the two parties from conflict to integration.And in view of the existing problems in the cooperation,put forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.According to the research,the cooperation between X university and C primary school mainly goes through three stages.Contact and wait-and-see stage that has experienced lectures involved in the awkward position,each expressed their views do not understand each other,the agreement signed the status imbalance of the three links.Highlight the difficulty of starting cooperation and the inconsistency between the two sides.Conflict running-in stage that has experienced three links: being questioned,twists and turns,breaking the ice for the first time,and gratifying changes in important meetings.Highlight the huge conflicts and gradual changes in bilateralcooperation.Acceptance and integration stage,this stage has gone through three links,which are deeply rooted in mutual understanding,practical help in finding problems and continuous follow-up in subsequent development.It highlights the effect of mutual understanding and acceptance in cooperation and follow-up.It can be seen from the whole process of cooperation that cooperation is not easy and change is difficult.The problems exposed in the cooperation mainly include teachers' lack of understanding of school activities,overly strong communication methods of school leaders,barriers and confrontations between teachers,time inconsistency and obstacles of agreement.As well as the negligence and neglect of the contact personnel,the instability of the leading group,the lack and weakening of system support,the insufficient communication between school leaders and grassroots teachers,and insufficient dialogue and exchange between the two sides of U-S cooperation.In view of these problems,this study proposes to rebuild school organizations,introduce administrative forces,enhance mutual dialogue,improve operational mechanisms,understand their respective cultures,and break through the original boundaries.Change the management mode,based on long-term planning,timely reflection correction and other effective measures,in order to lay a good foundation for the development of follow-up cooperation. |
