Only-child family is a special product of family planning system with great vulnerability.When the risk takes the child's life and they have difficulty reproducing or unwilling to have another child,The loss of only child family comes into being.As a special group,families are faced with emotional depression,reluctance to communicate and so on.Therefore,caring for the loss of only child family is particularly urgent,but in the field of social work at present,there are fewer programs for them.Based on the project of "Rose Life" in Kunshan City,this paper explores the application of support group in caring for the loss of only child family under the guidance of reciprocal model.Firstly,the background of the project is clearly defined and then the plight and needs and the practical activities are reviewed,and which provide for reference.By means of questionnaire survey and unstructured interview,we find the problems exist in psychological emotion,interpersonal communication,support network.Then,social workers used professional skills to guide them to understand their own needs and carried out four specific activities in order to help them relieve emotional and psychological stress,expand the network of social and social support.Finally,we carry out the process evaluation and result evaluation,and the rational suggestions are put forward.Which includes building multiple service system,establishing long-term development mechanism,improving comprehensive service ability.It has certain significance in expanding the application of supporting groups and deepening the research of social work on the intervention strategies of vulnerable groups.
