The piano learning is a long and hard process,which not only requires your own gift and hardness,but also requires the systematic training from teachers,and the participation of the parents' emotion,the subtle influence between peer.Based on the principle of cognitive psychology and social psychology,this paper aims at the actual situation of the children piano learning,adopts the method of qualitative combining with quantitative research to investigate the relationship between the different variable,the purpose is to study the influence degree of the parents,peer,teachers for the piano learning motivation,practice and achievement of the children,analyze and find out the three-dimensional relations between the parents,peer and teachers according to the research results,and combine the triadic reciprocal determinism,ecology theory of the human development and culture-history theory to explain the three-dimensional relations.This research takes 10 parents and 10 teachers as the subjects,adopts the interview method to collect data,takes 169 piano children of 6 to 13 years old who have more than one year's piano learning experience as the subjects,adopts questionnaire method to collect data.The result shows that:parents influence the children most on the piano learning motivation,peer influence the children most on the achievement,teachers influence the children most on the practice,the relation between parents and peer is relatively close,the relation between parents and teachers is superficial,the relation between teachers and peer which based on the teacher-student relationship is intimate,the influence degree of the three for the children's piano learning is balanced.This paper is split into six parts:the first part is introduction.Mainly introduce the research background,research purpose and the research problems of the paper.The second part is research summary,which includes three chapters.The first chapter is concept definition,includes the definition of concepts such as parents,peer,teachers,children,three-dimensional relations;the second chapter is theoretical basis,includes triadic reciprocal determinism,ecology theory of the human development and culture-history theory;the third chapter is overseas and domestic research status.The third part is research process,that is research design,measure tools,research process.The forth part is research result,uses the SPSS software to take difference analysis for gender,age,piano learning age of the sample data,and take data analysis for the parents,peer,teachers' influence degree on the motivation,practice and achievement.The fifth part is research conclusion,separately explains the difference of the sample data,the influence degree of parents,peer,teachers,and finally builds the three-dimensional relation diagram,and puts forward the responding tactics of improving children's piano leaning(motivation,practice and achievement).The sixth part is limit and prospect,analyzes the limitation consisted in the paper and the follow-up study.
