The Lasswell's Analysis On The Ideological And Political Education Of College Instructors

In December 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities.He stressed that the ideological and political work in colleges and universities should be "advance with times",must adhere to the " morality education" as the central link,"the ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and education to achieve the whole Educate people,all-round education."Counselor is the main force of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities,is the mentor of college students.Innovating the ideological and political education of college counselors is an objective requirement to disseminate the Marxist theory.It is the inevitable requirement of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and the meaning of promoting the comprehensive development of college students.This paper uses the 5 W model of Lasswell as the starting point of the theory.Firstly,it summarizes the current research situation of the ideological and political education work of the college counselors in China,and also includes the research on the relevant research the 5W model of the Lasswell.Then,it summarizes the 5W model and carries out the work of the ideological and political education of the college counselors 5W analysis,and finally put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to innovative college counselors ideological and political education work.This paper attempts to start from the basic theory,drawing on the Lasswell model as the representative of the field of communication knowledge,in practice to promote the work of the development of the feasibility of theoretical support.The specific structure is as follows:The first part is the first chapter.This paper mainly elaborates the research background,the significance of the research,the literature review and the research ideas and research methods.The second part is the text part,including the second,three,four chapters.The second chapter introduces the basic connotation and concept of 5W model theory.In this paper,the relevant concepts and characteristics of 5W model are described respectively,and the feasibility and value of this study are pointed out.The third chapter is an important part of this study.It is an analysis of the ideological and political education work of college counselors in the 5W mode.A systematic analysis offive aspects of the students' counselors(Who),the content of the ideological and political education work(Says What),the channel of the ideological and political education work(In Which Channel),the college students(To Whom),and the effect of the ideological and political education work(With What Effect)are to present current situations and problemsof the college counselors ideological and political education work,and try to explain the reasons.The fourth chapter is the core of this study.On the basis of the third chapter,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to innovatingthis work according to the 5W model.In order to promote the improvement of the ideological and political education of college counselors and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
