College students are the backbone of the country,is the construction of national reserve army,the main force of the future development of the country is.The physical and mental health of college student's growth needs what kind of environment,need through what ways and means to cultivate is the social problem that must be.To strengthen college students' mental health education,is to promote the healthy growth of college students,the cultivation of body beauty,intelligence and all-round development of qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism of the important ways,and to further strengthen and improve ideological and political education an important task of.The party's sixth plenary of sixteen session made comprehensive deployment of building a harmonious socialist society,"the central committee of the communist party of China about constructing the socialism harmonious society certain major issue decision""people the right attitude towards themselves,others and society,the right attitude towards difficulties,setbacks,and honor.Strengthen the mental health education and health care,improve the psychological consultation network,build self-esteem,self-confidence,rational calm,positive social mentality" to carry out mental health education in the whole society put forward clear requirements.In this paper,through literature study and expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and comparative analysis methods,theoretical analysis of psychological elasticity and the relationship between mental health research,and of ordinary college professional students of physical education in guangxi and non-professional sports college students' psychological elastic contrast research,discusses different professional college students in different learning environments and different living environment,interpersonal environment,such as,different learning pressure,physical exercise to individual character and mental capacity,behavior characteristics of positive and negative influence were analyzed,and the analysis of influence of guangxi normal university sports professional and non-professional sports influence factors of college students' mental flexibility,and proposes the corresponding countermeasure,to develop guangxi normal university sports professional and non-professional sports theory and practice reference for the physical and mental health of college students.The results show that: guangxi normal university sports professional and non-professional sports present situation of college students' mental flexibility for:1.guangxi normal university college students' mental play at a good level as a whole.2.professional sports college students' psychological status elastic:different gender on the total score of professional sports college students' mental flexibility of significant differences Different grade of professional sports college students' mental flexibility level exists significant difference.Different household type of professional sports college students' psychological elastic total score no significant difference only children and the total score of professional sports college students' psychological elastic only children on significant differences3.Non-professional sports college students' mental status:elastic of the non-professional sports university students of different sex psychological elasticity on the total score had no significant difference.Different grade of the non-professional sports university students' mental flexibility level exists significant difference.Rural registered permanent residence and urban registered permanent residence of the non-professional sports university students'mental flexibility on the total score had no significant difference.Only children and the only children of the non-professional sports university student's psychological elastic total score had no significant differenceSports professional and non-professional sports college students' mental flexibility comparison:1.The total score of mental flexibility on both significant differences eight factors in the social ability,family support,self-worth,self recognition,and sense of purpose in life,self control and self debugging differences.2.The discipline characteristic comparison,the core of professional sports course is given priority to with body involved in technology,the core of the non-professional sports university students'course is given priority to with theoretical study.3.comparison,physical activity participation attitude,professional sports college students participate in sports than non-professional sports actively.4.The comparison of physical activity,the amount of professional sports college students participate in sports activities is far greater than non-professional sports college students.Sports professional and non-professional sports college student's main psychological symptoms:through the analysis of the1.psychological symptoms score of each dimension and the level of college students'mental flexibility presents obvious negative correlation2.mental health group of a group of college students' mental and psychological problems of elastic comparison,on the psychological condition of elastic there exists a significant difference a group of college students' mental health in resilience scores significantly higher than the group psychological problems.And the influencing factors of mental flexibility:1.the living environment of social factors and social culture to the influence degree of mental flexibility;2.the school campus culture and campus environment,degree of impact on college students'mental flexibility is bigger,college students demand,ability training first,then followed by knowledge learned,physical quality,mental health development,moral education3.Family factors,family relationships,parenting,family environment on the influence degree of mental flexibility.4.Personal factors of cognitive ability and ability to adapt to the influence degree of mental flexibility are bigger.Improve the level of sports professional and non-professional sports college students'mental flexibility of measures:to establish the college student's psychological health monitoring
