Professional Structurali Adjustments And Optimization Studies Of Normal Colleges In Guangxi

Specialty is the bridge between personal training in normal colleges and thedemand of talented people in society. With the strategic adjustment of economicstructure in our country, local normal colleges are facing the new chances ofdevelopment and new challenges because of the popularization of higher education;new curriculum reform in basic education and the participation of comprehensiveuniversities in teachers’ training and education. The existing professional educationsystem of normal education can not adjust the needs of the developments of the times,so lots of local normal colleges can only adjust the needs by transition. NormalColleges in GuangXi have their own particularities in development speeds, levels,structures and patterns. Despite the location of GuangXi is special, and special naturesof the development of education are with politics, economics and culture. But how toadjust the needs in this situation to improve the level of professional building and theoverall educational quality is the current problem. For this problem the article isdivided into four parts to analyze.The first part is the introduction which is mainly elaborating the background ofthis research, the significance, the ideas, the methods and the conclusions of the studyboth in and abroad. Also this part will deal with the problem which proposed in the third part,then propose some feasible suggestions to the problems according to the situation inprofessional structural adjustments of normal colleges in GuangXi.
