In 2004,the Ministry of Education issued the Outline of Moral Education in Secondary Vocational School,which raises the moral education to a strategic height in secondary vocational school.In 2014,the Ministry of education revised the outline,empressing the importance to strengthen the leadership and management of the work of moral education and to improve the overall qualities of the working staff,according to the party and the state requirements under the new situation.It is consistent with the law of students' physical and psychological development,so shools should vigorously develop the moral education in class.To achieve this goal,schools need reform and innovation in practice.The raise of the research: Traditional moral education can not meet the needs of secondary vocational school teaching;Students lack learning enthusiasm;The teaching effect is not ideal.The research content: the first part,the introduction part,briefly elaborates the background of this paper,analyses the importance of moral education of the students,puts forward the theory basis of the study,emphasizes the research content and research significance,and introduces the innovation points of this paper.The second part as a research review,mainly analyzes the birth of micro class and its research status at home and abroad,puts forward the concept of micro class,and points out the theory basis of moral cultivation.Therefore,the paper puts forward the theory basis of micro class of moral teaching in technical secondary vocational school due to the disadvantages of traditional teaching.The third part states the present situation of moral education in secondary vocational school.The thesis studies the multimedia equipment and other hardware facilities in schools,investigates the actual situation of moral education class in secondary vocational school,and analyzes the common teaching model.A questionnaire is made in order to know students' understandings and opinions and it helps to demonstrates the necessity of the application of the micro class in technical secondary vocational school.The fourth part is about the building of teaching mode of a moral education class.The fifth part tells the application effect of moral education in micro class.The sixth is the research conclusion.Research methods: literature data,questionnaire,interview and comparative research.Research conclusion: The implementation of the micro class makes more students recognize the unique charm of micro class moral education.To enhances student's self-confidence and improve their grades,the school designs different levels of classes according to different levels.The study of moral education also improves the teachers' professional quality and their abilities to teach and to do scientific research.The students also learn to make micro class,which expands their vision and improves their ability.Most importantly,it helps to promote the students to behave well during their study.There are many shortcomings of the thesis,please give any comments and corrections.
