Study On Business Model Design Of Huikang Pension Community

The problem of providing for the aged is a global problem,and the aging has become an irreversible worldwide development trend in the 21 st century,while China entered the aging society as early as the beginning of the 21 st century.On the one hand,people are not rich first old and empty nest Jane and other social phenomenon more and more common,on the other hand,influenced by the family planning policy in the 1980 s,"421" family structure in our country,endowment concept also is in the gradual change,the demand for old-age homes also increases accordingly,the results of old-age homes has also been gradually improve the quality and grade requirements.At first,this paper puts forward the research background,research contents,research significance and research method,and then are introduced in this paper,by using relevant theoretical basis including market segmentation theory and the theory of business model,etc.,then introduces the present situation of endowment real estate,real estate industry and points out that the current domestic endowment the problems,which is suitable for this paper summed up the endowment real estate business model design process framework,after three endowment real estate projects for domestic affinity source(sun city in Beijing,Shanghai and Xian China kiss h)using the previous proposed business model design process were analyzed,and draw some useful experiences and lessons,The fifth chapter provides reference for the design of the business model of Huikang community.Then analyzes the macroscopic environment and microcosmic environment of Huikang retirement community in Chengdu,and USES the SWOT analysis tool to analyze the remit,advantages and disadvantages of existing pension community projects,as well as the implementation of the project is facing opportunities and challenges,on the basis of using the endowment real estate business model in the second chapter puts forward the design process to complete the design of Huikang endowment real estate business model,including market positioning,financing mode and operation mode and the design of the profit model and so on,for the smooth implementation of Huikang pension community have laid a solid foundation,finally the future of pension industry in China has made the summary and outlook.
