The Application Of Data Mining Technology In Vocational College Students' Psychological Data

Today,colleges and universities have post-1995 as main force,while received their younger group of post-2000 in 2018.In these groups of college students,dropouts,suicides and crimes caused by mental health problems occur frequently,and the number of students with mental disorders is also increasing year by year.This not only harms the physical and mental health of college students,but also affects the order of school teaching management.At the same time,it also brings harm to the family and has a great negative impact on the society.College students' mental health has always been the focus of the education department and the society,among which the research on students' mental health status and the prevention of mental health problems are the focus of mental health education in higher vocational colleges.At present,most students' mental health management system in higher vocational colleges is still in the stage of collecting,sorting,inquiring and statistics psychological data.The system can only reflect the surface data of mental health,and it does not make full use of these data to obtain the deeper knowledge information.With the increasing maturity and wide application of data mining technology,it has been well applied especially in the teaching and management of colleges.This dissertation conducts in-depth study and research on data mining technology by collecting and reviewing relevant literature.The researcher try to apply the data mining technology to the analysis of students' mental health data in higher vocational colleges to find out the useful knowledge information hidden in students' mental health data.The main work of this dissertation is to combine the data of mental health of vocational students and use data mining technology to conduct a feasibility study on the mental health education of vocational students.This dissertation introduces the definition,classification,task,process and application field of data mining technology,and analyzes the basic principle of data mining in detail.Taking the mental health assessment data of 2017 freshmen in a health vocational college as the research subjects,the decision tree C4.5 algorithm is adopted to construct a decision tree model for students with depressive symptoms,and the association rule Apriori algorithm is used to conduct data mining on the relationship among factors of psychological dimensions.Finally,it can find out the rules and knowledge hidden behind the data information;analyze the relationship between psychological problems and students.This dissertation uses ASP.NET and SQLSERVER2008 technologies to design and implement a set of psychological health assessment system for vocational students,so as to enhance the operability and practicability of data mining technology in the analysis of psychological health data for vocational students.The research results show that this technology is helpful to students' mental health consultation,mental health education and prevention of students' mental problems.This study provides new ideas and new methods for solving the mental health problems of higher vocational students,making the school mental health education work more purposeful,targeted and effective.
