Design And Research Of International Student Management Service Platform Based On Wechat Official Accounts

With the continuous promotion of the construction of "the Belt and Road Initiatives" in China and the deepening of exchanges in the field of education between China and the countries along the line,China has become the first destination country for overseas students in Asia.The proportion of overseas students' education in China's higher education is increasing year by year,and the management and service for overseas students is becoming more and more arduous.All of this has raised new challenges to the quality and efficiency of management services.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of management service for overseas students and promote the development of education for overseas students in China by application of modern educational technology to design and research the platform of management for overseas students who study in China.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of management service for overseas students in China,this paper chooses the managers and overseas students of a university in Tangshan as the research object.It collects and collates relevant literature,studies and analyzes the theoretical knowledge involved in the management and service of overseas students,and investigates and researches the actual needs of managers,managed persons in the management of overseas students by the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interviews.It establishes and applies the International Student Management Service Platform based on WeChat Official Accounts,combining Wechat Official Accounts and Specific Functions of Third Party Platform.The function and content of the platform are summarized,improved and expanded through the application practice of the platform.In the practical application of the platform,the traditional off-line management service mode is emphatically combined with the online platform application,and a new mode which is more suitable for the management service of foreign students is designed to speed up the cross-cultural adaptation of overseas students,and improve the quality and efficiency of management services for overseas students,as well as cultivate the innovativeconsciousness of managers who are responsible for the management of overseas students...
