People are one of the most valuable factors in economic development and social progress.In the process of the development and performance of the People’s Bank of China,the role played by talents cannot be neglected.As one of the most vigorous and active human resources,young people are the vitality and main force for the better and faster development of the work of the People’s Bank of China.With the development of economy and the progress of society,the People’s Bank of China demands more and more young talents.How to improve their own human resources advantages,to train young people is the relationship between the People’s Bank of China D Center Branch for the future development of major issue,although the leaders at all levels have been gradually noticed that strengthening the youth the urgency and importance of cultivation of talents,but because of the existing assessment method is not scientific and flexible,evaluation mechanism,insufficient young people use,it is necessary to reform the mechanism for selection and appointment of science,for young talent training and development is not enough comprehensive to the People’s Bank of China D Center Branch to the cultivation of talented youth did not form a healthy and effective mechanism.This paper makes a systematic analysis and in-depth study on the training of young talents in the People’s Bank of China D Center Branch.Thesis is divided into five chapters,the article first introduced the research background and research significance,the research status of talents cultivation at home and abroad are analyzed,which leads to the research method and research content of this article,expounds the related concepts of young talent training and theoretical basis,including the meaning of young talent and young talent training,competency model theory,social cognitive theory,training,migration theory and other related human resource management theory;Then,this paper introduces the current situation of young talents training in the People’s Bank of China D Center Branch,including the assessment,use,selection and training development of young talents.This paper analyzes the current situation of the training of young talents in the bank,repositions the objectives,models and methods of the training,and puts forward scientific and reasonable requirements for the training of young talents in the People’s Bank of China D Center Branch.By reading a large number of literature,find out the solution to each problem,from raising branch leadership attaches great importance to the use of to do the introduction of new youth,build scientific appraisal system,the consummation selects and the assign mechanism of youth talent,promoting the training of young talents and the development aspects for more effective personnel training and scientific management,People’s Bank of China D Center Branch young talents to provide direction.Finally,in the national development strategy of the talent power to create a new model for the training of the bank’s young talents;To achieve the good operation of the People’s Bank of China D Center Branch,the rapid development of the local economy,financial stability and social progress.
