Cheerleading project is characterized by a high degree of interdependence between members,team goals need to rely on excellent tacit understanding between members.This requires the team members to have a correct description,explanation and prediction of various events in various situations in the daily training and competition process,so as to coordinate their behavior to meet the needs of team tasks and other team members,in order to achieve the common goals of the team and achieve better competition results.By exploring the relationship between the shared mental model and team performance of cheerleading,this paper reveals the inherent law of the improvement of sports level of difficult and beautiful collective events represented by cheerleading from an interdisciplinary perspective,so as to provide new ideas for the development of Cheerleading projects.Lala operation,as a sport with the characteristics of popularity and universality,has been widely welcomed by students in recent years.Launching cheerleading program is conducive to improving the physical quality of the people and the cultivation of team spirit.The significance of this paper is mainly embodied in its keeping pace with the development of the times and the needs of reality,focusing on the rapid development of Cheerleading projects in China,which has strong practical significance.This paper is mainly divided into two parts.The first part constructs the dimensions of shared mental model and team performance.The shared mental model is divided into four dimensions,namely,the shared mental model of teammates,the shared mental model of technical cooperation,the shared mental model of team tasks and the shared mental model of team interaction.Team performance is divided into two dimensions,namely,full team members.Meaning and results of the competition.After preliminary confirmation,factor analysis and reliability validity test were carried out on the two scales.Finally,two scales with good reliability and validity were completed and used in subsequent research and measurement.In the second part,we cross-examine the constructed shared mental model scale and team performance scale.The questionnaire survey method was used to measure seven high-level cheerleading teams in China.Four dimensions of the shared mental model were analyzed by multiple linear regression with the Team Performance Scale.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.By deleting and modifying the shared mental model scale of other scholars,and then through confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity test,a shared mental model scale suitable for cheerleading project is finally formed,which can be used as a measuring tool for cheerleading project in the future;2.The relationship between shared mental model and team performance of Cheerleading team.The relationship coefficient is positive,and the shared mental model has a significant positive predictive effect on cheerleading team performance;3.The four dimensions of Cheerleading shared mental model(team shared mental model,technology cooperation shared mental model,team task shared mental model,team interaction shared mental model)have significant positive predictive effect on team member satisfaction in team performance.The four dimensions of Cheerleading shared mental model(team member shared mental model,technology cooperation shared mental model,team task shared mental model,team interaction shared mental model)have no significant positive predictive effect on the dimension of team performance.
