| PP Sports Community is an important media product of the PP Sports mobile phone app.The core of PP Sports Community is still the network community born in the Web 2.0network era,but with the rapid development of the Mobile Internet technology,PP Sports Community has many different characteristics compared with the traditional network community.Since the birth of the network community in 1990 s,scholars have studied very frequently.However,under the wave of the Mobile Internet in recent years,the academic research on the network community has cooled down.At present,the related research on the network community is insufficient.Network community,based on the new media and the new technology,has produced many new variants and forms.The network community born under the support of new technologies is the field that the academic pay less attention.PP Sports Community is the innovation case of the traditional network community based on the Mobile Internet technology.The research on PP Sports Community is helpful to expand the theoretical space of network community research under the background of Mobile Internet.It is also has positive significant for the development of network community of sports.Moreover,the results of this paper can be directly applied to the adjustment and improvement of PP sports community operation strategy.Therefore,through the use of literature research method on the basis of previous research results,through the data analysis of PP sports community content,the questionnaire survey of users,as well as the observation and interview of the current operation strategy,this paper will try to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the current PP sports community operation strategy and development model.From the perspective of content,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions for improving the operation strategy and development mode of PP sports community.Through research and analysis,this paper puts forward the following conclusions: First,PP sports community provides a wealth of operational channels for the huge copyright system of PP sports,and is an effective platform for retaining users and realizing user UGC.Second,PP sports community,rooted in the mobile Internet,realizes the innovation of the traditional network community from users function and experience.Third,The content operation is a crucial part of the operation strategy of PP sports community,and the operation of users,the operation of the product function and the operation of activities are the effective methods to enrich the content operation.Fourth,the production and communication of content in PP sports community is the core of content operation,and the 5W of content communication can be analyzed concretely with the dimension of content type.At the end of this paper,I puts forward some suggestions on the operation strategy of PP sports community.For example,PP sports community based on the copyright advantage of the PP sports platform,should be further innovation of the community content production and communication mode;the focus of community content operation should be changed PGC into UGC;speed up product function research and development,answer demands of users and operations promptly,etc. |
