Research On The Operation Management Of College Students'Entrepreneurial Enterprises In Dalian Background Of "Shuang Chuang"

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,President XiJinping proposed "Inspiring and protecting entrepreneurial spirit and encouraging more social entities to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship"."Shuang Chuang" has been put on the agenda again since it was put forward by Prime Minister Li Keqiang in 2014.Promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation is the source of development.It is of great significance to promote economic restructuring,enhance new development momentum,and drive innovation to drive development.The college students as an important part of the vitality of human resources structure in China,promote college students' entrepreneurship as an important measure to alleviate the current employment problems of college students.Since 2015,the State,Liaoning Province and Dalian Municipal Governments have successively issued a number of entrepreneurial policies to encourage college students to start a business.Although the number of entrepreneurial college students in Dalian has increased in recent years,the number of people who can win the final victory in this huge group of entrepreneurs is rare.How to effectively and sustainably operate enterprises has become a huge problem for college students to start their own businesses.This article first collects a large amount of research materials such as theoretical research,frontier dynamics,and builds theoretical foundations.Then,using field investigate methods,interviews for Dalian Entrepreneurship experts and questionnaires nearly 600 college entrepreneurs conducted in-depth investigations from 5 different types and levels of colleges to explore the current operation situation of Dalian college students' entrepreneurial enterprises.Focusing on the current problems in the operation management of Dalian college students' entrepreneurial enterprises.Next,using the case study method to analyzes the self-employed enterprise as a case study object and summarizes the case enlightenment of the operation management of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises.Finally,Based on the foundation just like STP theory,SCM theory and Customer service operation theory,combined with the first-hand survey data and case data,standing on the dual perspectives of college students and entrepreneurs,providing valuable countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the operation management of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises in Dalian.With a view to alleviating Dalian City Students employment pressure,provide an important basis for the promotion of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises operate efficiently,provide reference for scientific management of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises.In addition,other scholars will provide reference for future research on the operation management of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises.
