| At present,China is comprehensively advancing the strategy of rule of law,and is achieving the goal of building a socialist country under the rule of law.The key of a socialist country under the rule of law should be the citizens with higher legal quality.College students’ law-related education plays an important role in the process of building a socialist country under the rule of law.Education content,as the core element in the process of college students’ law-related education,plays an important role in enhancing the effectiveness of college students’ law-related education.By looking back on the evolution of college students’ law-related education content,this paper summarizes the general characteristics and successful experiences,reveals the problems and reasons,which is helpful to the optimization of the college students’ law-related education content in the new era.The content of college students’ law-related education has undergone three stages of development.In the recovery stage,with the establishment of ideological and moral courses in colleges and the beginning of the construction of democratic legal system,the development of the college students’ law-related education content began to be on the right track,focusing on legal common sense and the cultivation of legal awareness;In the exploration stage,the basic course of law was opened independently,under the guidance of the unified syllabus of legal basic courses,the system of college students’ law-related education content was initially formed;In the innovation stage,since the combination of the legal basic course and the ideological and moral cultivation to form the ideological and moral cultivation and legal basic courses,the development of college students’ law-related education content has entered the innovation stage,the elements of content system of college students’ law-related education have gradually diversified,the logical structure of content system has become more rigorous.Generally speaking,the development of college students’ law-related education content has been spiraling with times,and every historical stage has its own various distinctive characteristics of times,and some experience can be used to optimize the content,such as its development has always been in sync with the practice of building democracy and the rule of law in China,effectively cooperated with the strategic development of ideological and political courses,adhered to the guidance of socialist ideology and followed the general rules of education.At the same time,there are still some problems,such as,the ideology and science need to be unified,contemporaneity and stability need to be unified,and the hierarchy of the content system is not strong.The optimization of college students’ law-related education content should be based on solving problems,the firm law belief and strengthening students’ quality of law.The scientific,systematic and modern concept should be followed.The system of college students’ law-related education content should consist of basic knowledge level,the concept level and ability level,which are interrelated and dialectical. |
