Problems And Strategies Of Cultivating Professional Ethics Of College Students In The New Era

College students in the new era are an important part of socialist construction and hope for the future of the country and the nation.Whether college students in the new era have the spirit of dedication is related to the fate of the country,the development of society and personal interests.The socialist core values advocate "patriotism,dedication,honesty,and friendliness" at the individual level,and provide important theoretical support for the study of college students’ professional ethics.The study of the professional ethics of college students in the new era not only helps college students to develop their professional ethics,realizes the value of life,but also contributes to the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,it is an important research topic to cultivate the professional ethics of college students in the new era and put forward effective countermeasures.This paper mainly includes three parts: introduction,text,and conclusion.The introduction part mainly expounds the background,significance,research status,methods and innovations.The text consists of four parts.The first part puts forward the connotation and requirements of the professional ethics of college students in the new era on the basis of expounding the concept of dedication and professional ethics,and provides theoretical support for study.The second part discusses the significance of the professional ethics of college students in the new era.The third part analyzes the status of the professional ethics of college students in the new era and analyses the existing problems and causes based on questionnaires and results analysis of the questionnaires.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating college students’ professional ethics in the new era,including optimizing the social environment of cultivating professional ethics,creating a suitable campus atmosphere,attaching importance to relevant family basic education,and actively giving full play to the subjective initiative of college students in the new era.The conclusion part summarizes the main research contents,and it is suggested that a development perspective should be adopted in cultivating professional ethics of college students in the new era.
