As a research hotspot in the field of education at home and abroad,self-made teaching aid can greatly improve the effectiveness of demonstration teaching of middle school physics.However,at present,most of the researches on self-made teaching aids are relatively general,and there are only few studies on specific practices of self-made teaching aids,let along on those combined with modern technology.This paper presents methods of designing and manufacturing a variety of self-made teaching aids.Some of the self-made teaching aids,such as "wireless screen light sensor","wireless screen temperature sensor","horizontal-projectile-motion demonstrator",are designed and produced with the help of modern technologies such as sensor technology,photoelectric technology,and single-chip technology.According to the principle of low production cost and convenience,the design and production of the rest of teaching aids,such as "pinhole-imaging demonstrator" and "reflection-law demonstrator",are designed and manufactured using common materials and waste materials.Finally,three detailed cases of applying these self-made teaching aids to teaching practice are given.This study consists of the following five sections:Firstly,according to research on self-made teaching aids at home and abroad,the research significance is expounded,and the research content of this paper is determined.Secondly,the related concepts,the design principles,the requirements for producers and the materials selection of self-made teaching aids are explained.Thirdly,the general procedure of self-made teaching aid design together with the starting point and methods of the innovative design of teaching aids are proposed.Taking advantages of the cases of designing and making self-made teaching aids,the common methods and detailed steps of making a teaching aid are introduced.Fourthly,the detailed introductions of designing and producing five self-made teaching aids are given.Each of the teaching aids is illustrated and analyzed from the following aspects: schematic,background,working principle,characteristics,application,design method and usage.finally,the self-designed and made teaching aids are applied to the teaching practice,and three cases are demonstrated sufficiently.
