Family education plays an irreplaceable role in the whole educational system and plays an important role in the comprehensive development of children with moderate mental retardation.Family education plays a leading role in the overall development of children.Family education is even more important for children with moderate mental retardation.Children with moderate mental retardation,as one of the vulnerable groups in society,should also return to the "mainstream" society after they graduate from school.Therefore,in order to help children with moderate mental retardation return to the "mainstream" society,it is necessary for schools to guide families to cultivate the social adaptability of children with moderate mental retardation.Therefore,this study takes special education schools in state D as an example and takes the cultivation of the social adaptability of children with moderate mental retardation as the main line to study and analyze the current guidance of special education schools on family education.In this study,83 parents of children with moderate mental retardation were selected as the subjects of the questionnaire survey.At last,67 valid questionnaires were collected and the data were statistically analyzed using Excel(2010 version).Interviews were conducted with 10 teachers and 10 parents.According to the comprehensive survey data analysis,it is found that the family education guidance of D state special education schools for the cultivation of the social adaptability of children with moderate mental retardation has the following characteristics: 1.Second,the family economic income of children with moderate mental retardation is low;Thirdly,the self-care ability of children with moderate mental retardation is up to the standard,but they also need guidance on self-management ability and social responsibility.Fourth,the way of guidance is almost to hold parents' meeting and network guidance,parents need more individualized family education guidance;Fifth,most of the current guidance is in the statutory holidaysduring the day,parents hope in the weekend during the day,the current guidance length of 3 to 4 hours,parents hope in 5 to 6 hours,the number of guidance for 4 to 5 times has reached the standard,parents hope in 6 times or more.By summarizing the interview results of 10 teachers and 10 parents,it is concluded that the influencing factors of family education guidance in special education schools in D state are as follows: first,the government department's support for family education guidance in special education is insufficient;Second,special education schools are not prominent enough in their own guiding status.Third,parents of special children do not pay enough attention to the guidance of family education.As for the current situation of special education schools in D state in cultivating the social adaptability of children with moderate mental retardation,the following countermeasures are proposed.Second,special education schools focus on needs;Third,guide the parents of special children to grow together.
