Under the influence of the third industrial revolution and people’s pursuit of quality education,maker culture meets education and Maker Education emerges as The Times require.Maker Education advocates students’ interests,trains students to learn from practice,encourages sharing,and arouses students’ consciousness of creation and innovation.From the perspective of educational value,it is the practice of new technology and new revolutionary era in the information age of education,and it is the innovation and reform in line with the requirements of the information innovation era and promoting the all-round development of mankind.However,at present,Maker Education in China is still in the stage of exploration and development,and most of the relevant researches involve the theoretical level of teaching mode and top-level design.In order to understand and develop Maker Education more profoundly,it is necessary to broaden its research scope and open wider research ideas,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.Therefore,this study studies the influence mechanism of Maker Education learning performance from the aspects of Maker curriculum design,students’ learning participation,learning performance,etc.,and empirically analyzes the path influence among related factors.Based on the research results,this paper proposes relevant suggestions to improve Maker Education learning performance.In terms of theoretical research,this study first makes a visual analysis of the development status of Maker Education in China,and then sorts out relevant learning theories,concepts and teaching models.Secondly,based on the whole literature foundation and teaching practice observation,the author constructs the Maker Education teaching model,the performance theoretical model and research hypothesis of this study.In terms of research design,this study takes robot course as the implementation carrier of Maker Education,and takes students who participate in the course learning as the research object.In the whole research process,the author observed the teaching and learning of teachers and students in the classroom,and designed the WeChat public account for the integration of the curriculum by means of information technology,and applied it to the teaching practice to support the integration of the curriculum design.Based on the theoretical basis,this paper focuses on the integration,innovation and collaboration of maker courses and designs a questionnaire.The questionnaire was divided into three dimensions: behavioral participation,emotional participation and cognitive participation.Learning performance is based on the theoretical basis and the opinions of experts and teachers in the field.Based on the collected questionnaires,the data were analyzed with the help of SPSS19.0,AMOS23.0 and other software to explore the influence relationship among maker curriculum design,student learning participation and learning performance,and verify the research hypothesis.Finally,based on the analysis results of the research data,some thoughts and Suggestions on improving the learning performance of Maker Education are put forward.In terms of research results,through data analysis,the results show that :(1)the integrated design,research and innovation design and collaborative design of maker courses have a positive and significant impact on promoting students’ participation in learning.(2)students’ participation in learning has a significant positive impact on the improvement of makers’ learning performance.(3)the integrated design of maker courses will directly affect the learning performance of makers,that is,the higher the integration,the more conducive to improving the learning performance of makers.(4)the integrated design,research and innovation design and collaborative design of maker courses will indirectly and positively affect maker learning performance through students’ participation in learning.In a word,the design and results of this study not only broaden the research scope of Maker Education,but also have certain reference significance for the healthy development of Maker Education.In addition,it can help course designers and implementers better design and implement courses that meetting students’ requirements and helping improve students’ learning performance.
