In recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of China's economic level,the process of urbanization has been further accelerated,the scale of various urban areas has also been expanding,the construction of public infrastructure has increased,the demand has increased substantially,and the available space in cities has become less and less..In this case,the emergence of underground integrated pipe corridors has brought a new direction to the development of the city.However,in the process of gradually increasing the construction of infrastructure,the government's fiscal revenue is far from meeting these requirements,so it requires the power of society,but the capital of social forces cannot be provided unconditionally.In this way,the government adopts a cooperative approach to attract social capital.The investment becomes a viable option,so that skills can effectively manage social capital,ease government pressure,and ultimately maximize the interests of the people.By systematically reading a large amount of literature,we first determine the policies and standards of the country and even the localities that social capital should satisfy.Then we construct the evaluation system of the social capital that the PPP project needs to attract at the level of the criteria,and use the DEMATEL method to determine the various levels through data analysis.The relationship between the indicators is determined by the entropy weight method.The TOPSIS method is used to sort the alternatives and select the optimal social capital side.Finally,the social capital side and the government may appear.The problem is to analyze the consequences of the causes of these problems and propose corresponding solutions to these problems.Through the study of social capital selection in the PPP model,it provides some methods and suggestions for the sustained,healthy and rapid development of China's PPP model,so that when the government chooses social capital,it can quantify it and solve possible problems or When the problem arises,it can respond effectively without making a wrong decision,in order to pass this series of research,how to choose and use the PPP model to solve the financial pressure for the local government,and choose the qualified conditions in the process of implementing the PPP model.And excellent social capital,providing some guidance for promoting urban infrastructure construction and achieving a win-win situation for the government and society.
