| The professional development of referees is the focus and difficulty of the current professional sports reform in China,and also the focus of social attention.At present,the professionalization level of domestic tennis competitions is relatively high,but the professionalization level of tennis referees is low,there are fewer international tennis referees,gold and silver referees are more scarce,and the referee grade is lower.Compared with European and American countries,there is still a big gap,which seriously hinders the professionalization development of tennis referees in China.Finding out and solving the main factors affecting the professional development of tennis referees and developing a high-level professional tennis referee team are the important problems to be solved urgently in China’s competitive tennis.In order to explore the influencing factors of the professional development of tennis referees in China and to improve and solve the problems existing in the professional development of tennis referees,this paper adopts the methods of documentation,expert interviews,Delphi method,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,Factor analysis and other research methods,based on the theory of WSR(Physics-Reason-Personality)system methodology,which is scientific,comprehensive and comprehensive.This paper systematically studies and analyses the influencing factors of professional development of tennis referees in China,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Through Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process and other research methods,this study finally determines the index system of influencing factors of the professional development of Chinese tennis referees at the three levels of "matter-matter-person".Among them,there are 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators.(2)There are many factors affecting the professional development of tennis referees in China.The first-level indicators that have a greater impact on the professional development of tennis referees are: human factors,rational factors,and the second-level indicators are: professional ability,social support,welfare treatment,basic conditions,time factors and so on.(3)Based on the methodology of WSR system,this research has reasonable research methods,reliable results,clear priorities and reasonable weights in the process of initial drafting,optimization,selection and weight determination of influencing factors indicators,which makes the influencing factors indicators system both theoretical and practical.(4)The index system of influencing factors for the professionalization development of tennis referees in China is scientific,systematic,complete and hierarchical.(5)The factor analysis method is used to validate the influencing factors of the professional development of tennis referees in China.The results show that the influencing factors of the professional development of tennis referees in China have high validity. |
