in order to table tennis international referees as the research object, using the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other research methods on Chinese international table tennis umpire team selection, evaluation, training and regional imbalance of the investigation, summarizes the current China’s table tennis international level referee status is mainly reflected in the following aspects:first, the imbalance of regional development.The economy is relatively developed areas, such as the "North Canton" the coastal areas and the international level to develop better, the national minority area development is poor; secondly, table tennis international referees of occupation is not balanced.Table tennis projects worldwide no occupation judgment, the occupation from three aspects:(1) school teachers(2) table tennis officials of the executive branch (3) social organizations and individuals; third, the international table tennis referee training, has yet to establish a unified, scientific referee personnel training mode; fourth, more than50years of International level referee education low, foreign language level is generally poor; finally, China International Table Tennis referees in addition to other teachers, occupation research ability.In view of our country table tennis international level referee training current situation, put forward the following countermeasures:first, strengthen the central and western regions and the minority nationality regions of high level referees’ training; second, gradually formed to institutions of higher education as the core, to other industry is added, the structure is reasonable, spot and layout as complementary to the referee system; third, to establish and improve the complete training, selection, appointment, evaluation mechanism and system; fourth, to strengthen the international pingpong referees of cultivation of reserve talents of foreign language, computer, scheduled for regular training, better conform with international; fifth, establish and improve the International pingpong referees archives, the gender, occupation, age distribution, duration, enforcement and other basic information for the record, convenient construction and management work; sixth, the establishment of a complete set of referees’ work performance evaluation system, using scientific and comprehensive index to the reasonable evaluation, for the assessment and provide a theoretical basis; seventh, the contest from dispatch to appoint people on their merit principle, to avoid "appoint people by favouritism", try to provide equalJudging the chance; finally, the referee to go abroad to provide the opportunity to visit and study, broaden the vision, to create a deep academic atmosphere, increasing international exchanges and cooperation.
