With the development and expansion of higher education,there has been a clear conflict in the relationship between quantity and quality.On the other hand,the overall progress of the social economy,the traditional talent training goals can no longer meet the world's requirements for the diversity of talent.Then,how to ensure the quality of higher education and the quality of personnel training has become the focus of research in higher education.The OECD Launches Higher Education Student Learning Outcomes Evaluation Program(AHELO)aims to examine and evaluate the extent of undergraduate graduates' theoretical knowledge and practical skills in order to improve student achievement and improve the quality of higher education.If the student achievement evaluation project with significant results in the basic education stage is PISA,then the AHELO project is PISA in the field of higher education.Based on the competency-based theory and the student center education theory,this study makes a concrete analysis and research on the evaluation concept,implementation operation,effectiveness experience,existing problems and future development trends of the AHELO project.Based on this,the author draws a higher education for China.The useful reference of the evaluation of students' academic achievements promotes the development of the evaluation of academic achievements of higher education students in China.The research is divided into five parts: The first part analyzes the background of the OECD launching AHELO project,and the first part explores the background of the AHELO project,mainly from the theoretical basis,strong guarantee and realistic appeal,laying a background for the latter part of the research.The second part discusses the specific content of the AHELO project,which mainly covers the project content,the evaluation concept,the evaluation content,the evaluation method and the use of the evaluation results.The third part analyzes the implementation cases and effectiveness of the AHELO project in OECD countries,mainly researching and exploring the specific implementation effects in the three aspects of general ability,subject professional ability and background investigation,aiming to sum up useful success experience.The fourth part is to evaluate the significance and influence of the project based on the competence-based education theory and the student-centered education theory.The fourth part is to combine the ability-based education theory,the student-centered education theory and the implementation effect of the AHELO project to summarize the effectiveness experience.The fifth part makes a brief analysis and prediction of the existing problems and future development trends in the project evaluation and implementation process.The existing problems mainly include insufficient project participation rate,insufficient project reliability and validity,little effect on project implementation,urgent improvement of students' ability and lack of multi-dimensional guarantee system.The project has also been briefly analyzed: to develop students' ability,to develop value-added ideas,to enrich and improve the evaluation system,to improve the effectiveness of project implementation,to expand project participation in the country,to strive for the internationalization of education evaluation and to broaden the channels of protection,and to promote sustainable projects.development of.The sixth part mainly analyzes the status quo of the evaluation of learning outcomes of higher education students in China,including the evaluation of teaching evaluation,the evaluation of learning outcomes,the goal and standard of unified training,the consideration of learning process and evaluation of learning outcomes,and the adoption of a diversified evaluation framework to explore the implementation of AHELO projects for China.The enlightenment of the development of academic achievement evaluation of higher education students,explores the theoretical and practical path for the development of learning outcomes of higher education students in China.
