The famous British cultural theorist John Doyle said,"Culture is a group of people,a period or a group of a particular way of life." Nujiang of Yunnan is located in the border of China and Burma.Currently,Nujiang is in a critical period of poverty alleviation and economic development.Due to its unique geographical location, complex ethnic composition, backward traffic conditions to preserve the rich and colorful, original national culture. It is an effective way to promote ethnic unity, promote ethnic cultural inheritance and enhance cultural identity of students in ethnic areas.A teacher, the direct organizer and executor in education,is the most fundamental power and guarantee.Their attitude affects teaching quality and students' attitude.Similarly, teachers' attitude towards ethnic culture on campus influences students' attitude towards ethnic culture and the actual effect of ethnic culture entering the campus. Therefore, exploring teachers' attitudes towards ethnic culture entering the campus and discovering the existing problems and influencing factors are the premise and basic work to ensure the smooth implementation of ethnic culture entering the campus and further promote the deepening development of ethnic culture entering the campus. This study used theory of cultural functions and cultural evolution and relevant sociological theory analysis of the significance of the national culture into the campus,to borrow from the social psychology of rational behavior theory model analysis of teachers' attitude to the influence of national culture into the campus, around the teacher's attitude toward national culture into the campus to carry out the investigation and study, problems and influencing factors of teachers' attitude. In view of the characteristics of teachers' attitude, such as objectivity, experience and invisibility, this study adopts the method of combining quantitative research with qualitative research.Inthe quantitative research part, the author makes a preliminary analysis of teachers' attitude,three-dimension level and their relationship through questionnaires. In the qualitative research part, the problems of teachers' attitudes are further supplemented and classified through classroom observation and interview, and the factors affecting teachers' attitudes,as well as the difficulties and support teachers encounter in the campus practice of national culture are deeply explored. The main conclusions are as follows:Teachers in primary and secondary schools in Nujiang prefecture,Yunnan province have a positive attitude towards ethnic culture entering the campus as a whole, but there are still problems in details.Secondly,I have a low understanding of national culture and pay more attention to music, song and dance and other common cultural types in life.I know little about history, literature and other excellent national traditional cultures.Third, teachers introduce little national culture or single teaching method in education and teaching, lack of reference materials, cases and teaching materials, and teaching equipment, class hour is insufficient, mainly oral teaching;Fourthly, teachers of some subjects do not have a scientific cognition of national culture and hold a negative attitude towards it,especially teachers of history,English, mathematics and other subjects.Teachers' attitude towards national culture entering the campus is affected by both internal and external factors, including internal knowledge reserve, emotional tendency and implementation ability, external policies, school organization environment, students' learning attitude and parents' education and teaching philosophy. Therefore,to improve the attitude of teachers requires not only the efforts of teachers themselves, but also the support and guarantee from the government, society, schools and parents. To improve teachers' attitude towards national culture in campus,we should always adhere to the principles of integrity, motivation, guidance and practice. To understand the practical difficulties encountered by front-line teachers in implementing national culture courses and activities, and to provide specific, effective and operable work guidance and external support.According to the research, the study proposes seven specific measures from the two aspects of teachers' own and external support,in order to improve teachers' attitudetowards ethnic culture entering the campus and guarantee teachers' educational behavior in the process of ethnic culture entering the campus.
