Research And Analysis On Dead Ball Time Of Chinese Football Super League

From the 2014-2017 season,the dead ball time of the Chinese Football Super League has been on the rise in recent years.More and more match pauses have seriously affected the viewing and benign competitiveness of the Chinese Super League.Compared with the five major European leagues in the same period,there is a clear gap.In order to improve the viewability of the Chinese Super League,the Executive Boards of the Chinese Football Association and the Chinese Super League in 2017 issued a series of targeted measures against the factors of more dead balls in the Chinese Super League,and set up a research group composed of Emisco Data Company and related experts to study the dead balls and net match time of the Chinese Super League.Research.I have the privilege to participate in the research work of this topic,responsible for the collection and induction of dead-ball time data.By using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,on-the-spot statistics and video observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper classifies the types of dead balls in the 2017 season of the Chinese Super League through the evaluation of relevant experts,and summarizes and analyses the dead balls and net matches in 240 matches in the 2017 season of the Chinese Super League.The conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the comparative analysis of the data,in the 2007 season,the deadlock time of the Super League is the highest in the past four seasons,and the net game time is the lowest in the past four seasons.The average dead time per game is up to 45 minutes 03 seconds,and the net game time is only 50 minutes 43 seconds.(2)In the 2017 season,the match with the most dead-ball time in the Super League is the fifth round of Changchun Yatai home match against Shanghai Shenhua.The dead-ball time in this match is 69 minutes,18 seconds and 17 seconds.The net game time is only 37 minutes and 09 seconds,accounting for 38.30% of the total game time.(3)According to the analysis of objective factors,the time consumed by the eight objective factors causing the Super League dead goals in the 2017 season ranges from high to low: free kick,out-of-bounds kick,goal kick,corner kick,goal restart,offside,drop kick and penalty kick.(4)From the subjective factor analysis,the reasons for the high to low consumption of dead ball in the 2017 season are as follows: the factors of substitutioninterference,dealing with injuries,players’ siege referees,referees,substitutes,stretchers,caddies and fans.(5)According to the analysis of the dead ball consumption time and the factors affecting the dead ball in the Chinese Super League in the 2017 season,the Chinese Football Association should formulate relevant policies,strengthen management and reduce the dead ball time so as to promote the growth of the net game time.
