Research On The Wealth Inheritance Of High Net Worth Individuals In Marriage

As the size of Chinese high net worth group has expanded year by year,Chinese high net worth individuals are shifting their focus from creating wealth to maintaining wealth and inheritance,and the potential value of private wealth markets is astonishing.In recent years,due to the frequent loss of individual wealth caused by failed marriage,how high net worth individuals ensure that wealth is successfully inheritance in accordance with they wishes in marriage is getting more and more attention.High net worth individuals are the backbone of social development.The wealth inheritance of high net worth individuals in marriage is not only related to the happiness of high net worth individuals and their families,but also affects the future of private enterprises and even social stability.In marriage,the wealth inheritance of Chinese high net worth individuals faces problems such as incomplete inheritance arrangements,individual property confused with community property,questioned validity of contract documents,and lack of guarantees in document implementation.Traditional wealth inheritance tools hard to satisfy wealth inheritance needs of high net worth individuals in marriage.Through combing and analyzing the current status and existing problems of wealth inheritance for high net worth individuals in marriage,we believe the deep-seated reasons that hinder the inheritance of wealth of high net worth individuals in marriage is that the information transmission between high net worth individuals and wealth management institutions is inefficient and information-asymmetric,the establishment of contractual relationship relies on paper documents and centralized credit granting,difficulties in supervision and retrospect during contract execution.Through research,we found that blockchain technology,cloud storage technology and biometric technology can effectively solve these problems,and at the same time have the feasibility to be applied to the wealth inheritance business of high net worth individuals in marriage.In this paper,for satisfying the wealth inheritance requirements of high net worth individuals in marriage,based on the analysis of traditional wealth inheritance tools,we make comprehensive use of blockchain technology,cloud storage technology and biometrics technology,to design a wealth inheritance platform for high net worth individuals in marriage,which is jointly participated by high net worth individuals,spouses,other relatives and various wealth management institutions.To avoid the loss of wealth of high net worth individuals due to divorce,death in marriage and other risks in Chinese real situation,and to accomplish the intergenerational inheritance of family material wealth and spiritual wealth.By simulating the application of the wealth inheritance platform of high net worth individuals in marriage through practical cases,the study shows that the wealth inheritance platform of high net worth individuals in marriage based on the perspective of information technology is exercisable,which is significantly improved compared with the traditional wealth inheritance scheme of high net worth individuals in marriage.
