The Intelligent Management And Analysis System Of Teachers' Archives In Higher Agricultural Colleges

Teachers' archives have become an important part of intelligent management in the development and construction of agricultural colleges and universities.At present,the key problems existing in the teachers archives management mainly include miscellaneous management information and delayed update of statistics analysis etc,so how to effectively manage and rationalize the teachers' professional archieves is an urgent problem for agricultural colleges and universities to solve.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an appropriate and orderly intelligent management and analysis system for teachers' archives,to improve the efficiency of teachers' archives management,and to improve the feasibility of teachers' professional archives development.The existing system takes the SpringBoot as system development framework,using Java programming language,the MYSQL database,Mybatis connection database and Maven construction environment to design and research on the intelligent system of teachers' archives,to realize the functions of system modules concerning user roles,teacher information,personal archives,achievement archives,screening statistical analysis etc.The paper firstly explains the research background and significance and then analyzes the development of teachers' archives system at home and abroad and the deficiencies in the management of archives system,and introduces the research structure and the main technologies involved.Then it expounds the main function modules of the system through demand analysis,and introduces the overall structure of the teacher's archives system by using function module design and database design.Finally,the functional operation interface of the system is presented and the system is subjected to tests to ensure that all functions achieve the desired results in actual operation.The study makes archives management convenient and fast,and improve the use value and operation efficiency of teachers' archives.
