In recent years, the pace of socialist civilization construction in China has been accelerating, the level of education has been significantly improved, and the enrollment rate of students in ethnic minority areas has been greatly increased. There are some differences in culture, lifestyle and customs between ethnic minority students and Han students. Some problems also arise in the process of communication between ethnic minority students who study alone in universities and Han students.During this period, they may suddenly fall into confusion, resulting in different problems in school adaptation.Based on Maslow's demand theory, dominant perspective theory and ecosystem theory, this study takes Korean students from N University of Jilin Province as the subjects of investigation through literature research, questionnaire survey and case interview. It analyses the problems exposed by these students in school adaptation, explores the causes of the problems, and uses the professional method of case social work. After formulating the social work intervention service plan,it will help Korean college students better integrate into the new environment in terms of life and learning, ensure that they can live in harmony with Han students, and adapt to their college life as soon as possible. At the same time,it explores the general forms and methods of social work intervention in school adaptation of ethnic minority college students, and puts forward constructive suggestions to solve the common problems faced by such groups.
